This store doesn't serve general public only convention center associates. I found this out hard way and make a karen episode about it. The lady was super kind and explained how there store works.

Super helpful family! Thank you for helping us during our convention. Sorry that people don’t realize you’re only open to service conventions, you deserve to have 5 stars!

What a wonderful and helpful team! They were incredibly kind and took good care of us during our recent conference. This location operates based on in-house conferences/conventions so if you're not attending an event, this location is likely not going to be accessible to you.
