It was good with clothing choices. Home goods was bleak. It didn't have ooph to want to look for *that* special item.
The cashierS are very nice and respectful.

I was surprised at 11 am the would be busy. Does anyone work any more... lol I found some deals but I don't have pictures right now. I'll post them later. A lot of good sales. My cashier in the back was very patient as I was finding my gift cards. I'll be back when I'm in the area. It's 45 minutes from where I live.

The few times I have come to this location, it is always unorganized and dirty. They don't have a baby changing table and/ or access to one. They had a restroom locked off and it tucked in corner with a trash can and dirty street cone in front of it. I asked dressing room staff if I could access a changing room to change baby and was told no. I had to go out the the parking lot and change my baby in the trunk. I went home, leaving the cart I had attended to purchase but could not finish because I needed to leave the store to change my child.
This last visit, I had purchased item that I came back to exchange. I brought the wrong Marshall receipt and asked if they could look up the purchase with my debit card.. this was after waiting 30 minutes in line with a toddler. I was told that they could not because it was against policy and must have a receipt. I asked if it was Marshall policy because the one in Langhorne is able to. The clerk said it's policy of Marshalls. My husband had to leave house again later that night with the right receipt- he went to Langhorne and they processed the return without any issue.
I would recommend that you drive the extra 15 minutes to the one in Langhorne.. where you can use the bathroom in peace, feel safe with your baby and not be inconvenienced with a return / exchange.

Marshalls & HomeGoods in Philadelphia Mall has a decent selection of products, but it's hit or miss depending on the day. The staff is somewhat friendly, though their helpfulness can vary. Unfortunately, the service is very slow. The checkout process is a big issue—I've waited in line for over 30 minutes multiple times, and they usually only have 1 or 2 cashiers working, which makes the wait unbearable. If they could improve the staffing at the registers, the shopping experience would be much better.

SUCH A SHAME !!! THIS LOCATION HAS VERY NICE INVENTORY , ALTHOUGH SERVICE ISTHE WORST I HAVE SEEN EVER AT A MARSHALLS ... THIS PAST SUNDAY THERE MUST OF BEEN OVER 40-50 PERSONS IN BOTH LINES WITH 2 CASHIERS AT EACH SECTION OF THE STORE AND THE LINES WOULD NOT MOVE , WE PICKED OUT SOME ITEMS AND HAD TO LEAVE THEM BECAUSE OF THIS INEPT LOCATION. THE MANAGER SHOUD BE SUSPENDED AND TRAINNED ON HOW TO HAVE THE APPROPRIATE PERSONELL TO ACCOMIDATE PAYING CUSTOMERS ON PRIME DAYS , NO EMPLOYEES THAT GREETED US OR ANY CUSTOMERS UPON ENTERING THE STORE , NO AVAILABLE EMPLOYEES AROUND TO ANSWER ANY BASIC QUESTIONS ... SAHAME ON THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION !!!

What can I say it's like one of my favorite stores to go shopping at there's always something to get there usually everything's so discounted it's just a good time to wander around
