Matthew was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He took his time helping me select my mattress and didn’t rush the process. I would highly recommend him to be your salesman if at all possible!

The associate Steve was very instrumental in locating the mattresses we needed as well as coordinate the delivery which was half the battle. Steve was pleasant and professional which goes a long way with todays lack of professionalism in many businesses. I would definately come back to purchase from this location. Good common courtesy goes a long way with me.

I was assisted by an associate name Matt who welcomed me with a smile when I came in to purchase a new mattress. He was pleasant and very professional. He was able to get me the same mattress that I had purchased previously (which was great). He did his due diligence by following up with me to make sure and I was satisfied with my purchase and to make sure my delivery went smoothly as planned. I did have a small hiccup with my purchase but Matt was able to resolve my issue within a timely manner. Thanks again Matt!

Ben was awesome! We got everything we were looking for (4 beds) and FAST! He was very informative thorough and patient, however he informed us of our choices and LET US MAKE THE CHOICE! He wasnt pushy or trying to sell us the most expensive Beds. I would recommend Ben/Mattress Firm to anyone looking for new mattresses!

Great experience with Matthew! He was very knowledgeable on all of the products and really helped me make a decision. Matt was AWESOME he knew that I had my eye on a certain mattress and did not try to convince me otherwise he was comfortable with my decision and gave me the best deal that he could. I went in to buy a pillow, and George was extremely helpful. He told me a wholesome story, and he honestly made my day. He came off as a very genuine and kind person. The store and the community are very lucky to have him. When the need arises, I will certainly come back and ask for him!
