Metro by T-Mobile has helpful and respectful staff who go out of their way to assist customers with phone issues and needs. Customers often mention the friendly and outstanding service they receive, especially highlighting a staff member with pink hair who provided the best service ever. The store is efficient, quickly handling repairs or replacements, even close to closing time, and offering good prices. Overall, it is considered the best Metro store by those who visit.
Great location Amanda is awesome. Parking sucks though, but be patient you’ll find it.

i had a great experience here, usually it takes awhile to get service at other places, but not at this location. the lady was very polite and helped me with EVERYTHING that I needed and at an affordable price too!!
