They have literally the best service ever! I went in and got my problem situated, the workers were very polite and it was a clean environment. I would recommend metro by T-Mobile to anyone I run into that has an issue regarding their service/phone :)

I went there to get my iPad SIM card and the employees were super helpful. They took the time to explain everything in a manner that was easy to understand and got me out quickly.

I went in to fix an issue with my esim and the service was great. I went in and came out within 10 minutes, and the problem was solved.

Great ladies working there ! Give them a raise the day I bought 2 phones and new service there was a guy loud and rude to them. Why? Because they don’t know how phone insurance works??

Came here to get an upgrade. Well the ladies are not friendly for one. Felt like i was bothering them. Like they were annoyed, they messed up the screen protected, cause they have long nails. Get an attitude, tell me i might have to buy another one. WTH..DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!
