This place is close to where I work at but I don't really like it as into buying devices you can go in there to pay your bills if you don't have a debit card but they don't have a lot in the store this stuff is always okay but it's not a lot of traffic here you guarantee you to be waited on immediately it's hidden

I had tried to go yesterday during their hours of operation but they were closed.. went today, and the woman working was sitting down scrolling on her phone. I told her how I needed an upgrade but have minimal funds and she rudely told me that the cheapest phone would cost over $200 still. There isn't a flip phone option either. She was unwelcoming and did not try to help me figure out a way to leave with a phone. It seemed she just wanted me to leave so she could continue being lazy. Never be rude to strangers for no reason, you never know what they're going through!!

I went last year around March to get my husband a phone they were about to close but the guy still helped me didnt rush me and my husband was happy with the phone I got him, and I will be going tomorrow to get him a new phone hope the same guy is working he was very helpful..I was surprised how nice the store was and how nice the man was cause I've been in other metro stores and they were just horrible

I really like this Metro by T-Mobile store I got the wife a phone and Richard help me set up and I went back the next week with an unlocked phone and he put that on the Metro network Richard is the best thanks for all the help Richard would highly recommend him & this Metro by T-Mobile store!!
