Absolutely appalling service. Tried porting the number from another carrier. They messed up and put an esim when it was a physical sim, also they put the wrong porting account number and wrong porting pin code. Tried to get a refund and was told since I got a new line at a different metro store that I couldn’t get a refund. Talked to corporate and was told since I paid in cash that they couldn’t give refund. I paid with a credit card though. Spent

Abraham was great with assistance from the time he picked up the phone I asked if they had the iPhone 11 in stock for the METRO FLEX PROMOTION he said yes I said I’m on my way hold it since I called others and they were out of stock when I got there his customer service was FANTASTIC he not only had my account and phone all set up in under an hour while multi tasking the store he even went the extra mile and got me the iPhone 12 with the promotion super positive customer support service I recommend if you’re calling or going in person to request Abraham as your sales associate

They won’t answer phone to ask simple questions. Long wait times to get assistance. They lie to you and make up their own prices. Don’t go to this Metro Store they will cheat you and get over on you!

I wanted a number for my iPhone and they charged me $41 for the SIM plus the line, which was 60. I was paying $101. So it doesn't seem unfair to me.

Jeanette was the best you could for as an attentive employee trying to help her customers. She went above and beyond calling the corporate number to basically negotiate the best plan. Amazing!!!!

Unprofessional clerks. I wanted to add a line and I have asked for new phone. Giselle the manager lied telling me there is just the tcl as free phone. She was giving the other free phones just for the Hispanics. I have sent a friend just when I got out and she offered him other different phones. 10 MN before she told me she has just the tcl in stock. I paid for the new line with tcl phone and two tablets and left. The next day the service stopped. I went there one female cleric was rude and authoritarian and the other young guy does not listen when u ask him a question. I had to call the customer service line from their location to get the issue fixed with the service I have paid for in that location. Rudeness, manipulation, lies and screwing people is how it works with thosepeople

People are crooks. Went in to upgrade they charged me $159. Found out it should of been only a $30 upgrade. Stay away they WILL rip u off
