Guess they just clock in and take company money here because why does it say they're opened right now, but i just left the store having not been able to get in because the door was locked and the guy inside, through the window, said they weren't opened. But the gate is up, the hours posted are now. If I knew Metro was paying people to just turn customers away in the middle of the day, I would have applied a long time ago!

Went in today to have my partner's phone transfer from his old phone to my old one. The woman who worked there was rude and very accusatory. She said it wasn't working because the phone could be stolen or locked. It wasn't. She wasn't very helpful at all. She charged a $30 fee to fix a phone, that we had to ask her to fix. She was trying to push out the door with a nonworking phone. It was extremely hot, with an annoying smoke detector sound going off. She had a back in 15 minutes, but no time on when she left, to expect what time she would back. I will never come back to this location.

On Monday 7/8/24 I went into the store to pay my bill at 1415 W Girard Ave which was $72 and becauce I was paying in the store I was charged an extra $5. Now on Thursday 7/11/24 my phone service is off and another line was added to my account. Will get another service.

Sales person get a 10 out of 10 store is clean and th phones thay havr in he store are good and have lots of deals also have deal if you get ssi snap ssd look in to it slice youre bill in half

The big guy in there is very inconsiderate of customers, walked in to receive transfer pin in store like customer service rep told me and lord to me just to give me my 8 digit pin that is not a transfer pin

Worst customer service. Never opens on time, never stay open until it is advertised. Nasty customer service by the owner. Place I would never want to shop. It is dirty too
