I went here yesterday bout my SIM card not working. I’ve had metro since 08’my service was bad with that guy was awful. The guy had a attitude. He didn’t help me he put my phone on his table never completely looked 2 min later told me he couldn’t help me. He told me to go to 2 different stores including Apple. Hole time my phone is fine but needed a new SIM card smh he wasted my day & time.

Mike is a truly fabulous person. When I came to the store, I was transferring my phone number to a different phone, however there were complications with the insurance company issuing the phone. He arranged phone calls for me. And when he heard me struggle with the insurance company, he personally took time to talk to them on my behalf. That was not a requirement of his job, that was just a nice thing he did without charging me because he saw how stressed I was. He went above an beyond helping me get my phone working again. I cannot recommend Mike enough.

I was over charged for screen protector and case... just realized this.. SMH.... the receipt also shows taxes charged twice for Pa state tax. and twice for Philadelphia tax...I
