Came over to change the plan to the highest so i could get a prime membership for free…but instead of getting a good service, the employee there was lacking of knowledge…All she said was “i dont know”. I asked her how to know if I already get a prime membership after i pay for it and she said i dont know how to check. Wait! Doesn’t she supposed to understand the situation?
Ok. That was bad enough but instead of checking on my account, she was wandering around and taking pics from her phone and ignoring me. She only said if u want to know then you should call the customer service. What was she doing there if i have to call customer service again???
She acted like she is new or just dont have any passion to work there. Well, please mr. Manager when you hire an employee make sure u train them properly and make sure they know the stiff there. Also, dont forget the ATTITUDE!

I want to get the iPhone 12 turn the one that I bought off my family member they put my old number into the iPhone and now on the iCloud they misspelled my last name but not only that you're telling me they they they cannot fix the problem I had to get the phone shut off and when you call the phone number as always told you the mailbox is full lucky I got two how to get my lawyer that phone number on the second phone and my baby's mother and all my family members and doctors if you have a phone number to the store clear your mailbox that's what I have to say I'm very upset about the problem

This is the worst place to pay your bill, they deliberately have no payment machine so your forced to pay more to butter their pocket. Rude and unprofessional.

I can't tell you how many times I have gone to pay my phone bill and this location on Snyder Avenue is either closed early (before the scheduled closing time) or not opened on time. Not sure if it is a one employee issue or several, but it certainly needs to be addressed by corporate.

Found a metro pcs near my work place, parked and as I walked up I noticed lots of trash on the side walk outside their business. I thought perhaps they were no longer in business but peaked inside and there were employees but no customers. I decided not to go in . If they cannot clean up their side walk and are accustom to a trash strewn environment I probably don't want to be doing g business with them.

*All phone accesorios sale are final* My resold Bluetooth didn't work. Guess I'm stuck with a unusable hand free Bluetooth because I can't return it to get my money back or another devices!
