Everytime I go in this store the sale reps be very nice to me. They tell me all the specials going on and try to help as much as they can with my problem as well. It's truly a shame somebody keeps on breaking in to this store.

The girl in there was very unprofessional, didn't help me out one bit. I wish they would have kept the old staff they were nicer and much more helpful. I swear if I could get away with it I would have slammed her head into the counter

My experience with them is mixed now because someone tried to put a phone under my name without my permission after I requested the service to be shut off. "It never fails" Called customer service and it was resolved.

Good store. The employee picked up the phone for my needs + SIM card. Communication was extremely friendly. The store inside is clean and civilized, it's a pleasure to be here. Phones are not overpriced like other shops on this street. I recommend this place.

I really like this Metro by T-Mobile store I got the wife a phone and Richard help me set up and I went back the next week with an unlocked phone and he put that on the Metro network Richard is the best thanks for all the help Richard would highly recommend him & this Metro by T-Mobile store!!
