I HAD A PROBLEM GETTING AN UPGRADE FOR MY PHONE. SOMETHING SO SIMPLE, IT TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE! I WAS JUST ABOUT TO CANCEL MY SERVICE AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER W/ METRO PCS FOR 10 YRS.I MET MALIK, I WAS IRATE BUT MALIK WAS SUPER KIND, HE LET ME VENT! THE WHOLE TIME I'M VENTING MALIK'S WORKING TO COME UP WITH A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM. MALIK IS THE MAN AT THIS STORE! YOU CAN TELL HE'S SERVICE DRIVEN HIS DEAMEANOR IS ALWAYS THE SAME. HE'S A GUY YOU WOULD THINK WAS THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE. THE COMPANY SHOULD USE MALIK AS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU MALIK FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP. SO GLAD I TOOK A CHANCE COMING TO THIS LOCATION.
