Israel, I believe his name is, is the most rude, and unhelpful customer service representative that I have ever met. He was more worried about closing the store early, than helping a customer. I will never return to this metro store.

They lied to me about the plan, and they told me they will send the receive and never did.
I ask for a $35 plan a month and now they sent me a bill for $80 . What is that? No Profesional company and negligent workers

I like it because they have a person who speaks Spanish. They provide good service since there are many clients whose English is difficult for us. Excellent service . Better than other branches. Keep in that way

Double charged card couldn't prove it to metro other than my bank info. Crooked employees. 100 charge and 51 charge for a "new service free phone" not the only customer this happened to funny how it's just this location.Edit: i had put my complaints on hold bc someone from that store reaches out just to get the scoop I guess because 2 months later nothing resolved. I sent a follow up en mail and was told it was being sent to owner lol that should of been addressed the first contact 2 months ago! and I'm not the only person this happened to. My service got shut off phone account got locked. I didn't even owe money yet but paid at the kiosk At another metro store and they can't figure out why they locked my account. The guys I originally bought off of went and changed the account took the insurance off turned it into some Obama assistance phonean hour after purchase. Charged me 151.00 but my account says 51.00 purchase paid and now I have no service and a locked phone that i can't even get fixed because of the shady schemes those 2 pull on people. I refuse to ever use service from metroand if I were you stay far away from this store.As for your reply metro store you know how to reach me

Horrible service. Only want cash won't give receipts claims they get texted only. These Two employees are scamming customers. Selling old phones paying my monthly bill and phone gets shut off for nonpayment. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS
