I went in to pay a my phone bill the lady on the left had a very bad attitude and when I went to pay with my card she push herself in her chair away from the counter as though I did something to her If you’re going to pay your bill here, watch out

I went here to switch my service over on an old phone I had. The service rep Jhan assisted me in not only getting a new plan but as well as a new phone as mine was outdated. He was very polite and profesional and a great help. I will definetly be back to add more lines as long as Jhan is there. Best metro in Philly.

Tanya charged my grandmother for a service that wasn’t complete! Her customer service was terrible! She yelled over me and didn’t allow me to speak. She kept switching up what she was saying because I caught her in a lie! We would NOT be attending this location again. Very rude and unprofessional!!

I waited more than 40 minutes and no one answered me, no one said anything. the attendants keep talking to colleagues via message, sending audio and do not provide the correct service.
