I had a horrible experience at this location. This place needs to be shut down. There is an unauthorized transaction on my credit card from this location. They are doing NOTHING to resolve it. FRAUD ALERT!

I had a very horrible experience at this location. I came in to get a charger for my Samsung phone, but I needed it to work for my second phone as well. The associate sold me a basic charger. I sat in my car and tested it for both phones and it did not work for my second phone. I asked the same associate if I could trade it in to by a charger that was 11 dollars more. He went back and forth with me telling me I could not exchange it for another one, although I bought it minutes ago and was willing to pay more money. The whole time he had a very nasty, petty, and sarcastic attitude. Finally, he asked the other gentlemen that was there (supposedly the manager) if he could exchange it and he said "yeah". So as he was processing the transaction I asked for a receipt. Oh that did it! He refused to help me and gave me my full refund because he did not want to give me a receipt. In fact he said they do not give receipts. So I then stood in line for the other gentlemen to help me. While I'm waiting to be helped by the other gentlemen, the first associate was yelling out some very petty and unprofessional things. So the second associate sold me the other charger with a receipt, and even gave me $5 off. But to no surprise the charger has a shortage and I can barely get it to charge my phones. I guess that's why the first associate was so adamant about not giving receipts.
