Helped another family member get their new phone merged onto our family plan.
Courteous fast service. Been coming to this Metro location in Germantown for many years and always received very good service. Mo was especially helpful today. You made our day!

Rude worker in the store. He refused to answer a question about another phone that was cheaper than the one he wanted you to buy. He removed Sim card and didn't put it back. Bad customer service.

MetroBy T-Mobile is great. They help with what ever you need. If there is ever a problem with your phone, just go and see Drew, and he got you!

I WISH I never signed up with themAt one point This months I had 3 devices on my one account. Because they did the old bait and switch period.And I'm quite sure I'm not the only one who came very close to. Just canceling the Entire a c p benefitI have scoliosis and running around incessantly and painfully.Literally 15-20 phone callsMind you, I ALREADY had this service but once my phone was available Metro advised me to let the service apply to my metroPlease advise as to the status asap

I have been a metro customer for at least 7 years now, Angie was the best help ever. She knew exactly what I needed done and was fast with everything. Great customer service; and the store smelled great.
