That Puerto rican dude or whatever he is is money hungry the girl that works rhere told me one price for 3 phones and then he comes out the back and ups the price. As long as he works there I will never ever do business with this location. I had to tell everyone I know to not do business with them and I am going to continue to spread the word.

I switched phones over, because the plugin receptor was bad...The customer service agents were prompt, courteous and very polite.My phone is working beautifully now...

Dont not go here to upgrade a phone the Spanish guy will have u try to pay for the whole phone.... And if u lock urself out ur phone the he will say they don't do that!!! Yall better off going to the one on broad Erie if u want to save time

I just stopped by for the transfer my phone number in the morning. Hana was perfect , helpful and soooo professional . She did everything for me and she also speak my old customer service for a problem and they give me a phone as a gift :)))Great customer service :))))

The staff are very rude and have no customer service skills. They were busy conversing among themselves rather than handing customers efficiently. They were snappy with me when asking about my bill. I'm looking to change my service provider as soon as possible

I was sold a stolen Samsung S9 phone! I financed a Samsung S9 from the Metro store. A month and a half later my phone stopped working. I called the store I purchased it from and I could not get a response. I went to a corporate store and was informed my phone was on the Black List! I went to the Broad Street store and although they knew what happened (the manager has since been fired) the new manager Obie was rude and insulting. I told him I requested an investigation at a corporate store and his response was "that has nothing to do with me honey, I didn't sell you the phone". No one would answer any of my questions and I left with no working phone. Ten minutes later he calls me back to give me a temporary phone. It''s been over a week. I followed up at the corporate office, they were nice but had no update. Of course the Broad Street store has not called me. I am paying for a phone I do not have and according to the Black List, I am paying for a stolen phone. Beware with financing a phone from Metro PCS - they are dude, non responsive crooks! P.S. calling 611 was a waste of time because the customer service rep didn't know Metro now finances phones! 1 star is still too many
