It has been a nightmare. And it still is. They owe me money. And refuse to return my money . Made me pay for a new SIM card that should have come with my phone. Metro stores in Philadelphia don't honor promotions and services made by metro corporate and online stores. As a matter of fact, I was told by other metro stores they did care about metro said, there were not going give anyone anything without charging for no matter what metro said. They are a big scam. The store I went to was in N. Broad Street. Not on 22nd Street. I just wanted to make that clear. That is not one of the 3 stores I went to. My problem is with metro corporate, not the authorized stores. But believe me the are collectively thieves. I'm going to sue them.
