I was at this location today with my friend and the Spanish woman working there was very helpful and friendly. Great experience and I will go back there this week to do business with them 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went there the other day great customer service, loved the experience. Super good deals, Staff is really nice. Would recommend! She informed me that upgrades are full price as of a couple of months ago. Also her affirm it’s still not set up but she did inform me that I could go to any other store and I could finance it there, she explained to me the process and the benefits so really helpful.

Scammers. Don't trust anything they tell you here. Especially the Hispanic girl with the pic marked face. They will tell you wrong prices and pocket money. Tell you that upgrades aren't a thing anymore and you must pay full price. I wouldn't trust giving them a card to pay. Anything they tell you I would call the corporate line while in store to make sure you aren't being ripped off.

This is a privately owned metro the guy that runs it and his partner are more than helpful he's always trying to do everything he can to save me money he has helped me deal with corporate before getting my account back when it was compromised he's helped load all my stuff back onto my phone when it got wiped he's just really knowledgeable he even knows how to fix phones he's literally saved me a couple times when I've needed help with my phone situation I wouldn't even go to anyone else

Citrus heights metro PC's. Worst customer service experience in my life. I almost never have a bad experience. Only 1 guy deserves praise is Luiz a marine vet rep. So I go in to get a phone on a ticket like the call center suggested to get some are all paid. I had issues with service after paying bill and after a huge storm. The male manager made snide comments about my data usage which was the actual probably. I didn't get to use my data that month. 5 employees only 3 customers in an hour 1 was me. I spent $80 on a phone, the manager was really rude while Luiz was helping me. Luiz did help activate my phone and find my gmail. The when Luiz went on break I asked the male manager for a pen and just took my phone instead, after I just found the email address. He said when he I found it again he would help again and let me use a pen. Few minutes later the other manager Brittany got really pushing with helping me. I said no thank you. Brittany said "then get the f*** out my store." Took my personal property outside. The male manager loudly says he was calling the police to for the tresspassing. I call the call center and politely tell him what's happening. The male manager was mocking and said if I talked to one customer he would make sure I would go to jail. I was very polite. The call center overheard the mocking and said they check camera. 2 employees and both managers waited outside.. luis was cool and stayed inside I felt supported by him and call center. 3 guests including me in a hour, 5 employees. I spent $80 and been a customer for 5 years. I ended up in the Chipotle bathroom crying while on fone with corporate. My phone camera don't work the it's glitchy Ill use internet and it will go black screen. Anyways I leave and a hour or so later I get a text message from belluve I had a tresspass where I'm not allowed in for a year if I do I'll be arrested and not allowed in any metro or t-mobile store. As well get the ticket cancellation. The executive management did not check cameras . I went to tmobile corporate as well. As well the t-mobile PR board and directors. I did not have a single issue these last two years until then. I am about to go to better business bureau. I've never been treated that way the executive branch didn't even listen or understand till two weeks later. I wanna to talk to both ceos. Thank you

Mike is wonderful! Extremely helpful. He switched me from sprint to T-Mobile and transferred all my info from my old phone to my new one (which was not easy) lol I feel like I can really trust him. After all I left my phone with all my information in it with him while I ran errands. I asked a thousand questions which he answered patiently and he laughed with me too! He seems like a great, honest, and genuinely all around good person. He even made my 4 year old stop crying by letting him pick out a pop socket from a box. My kid forgot all about what he was crying over from that point on.

The most convenient location because I work next door. The most friendly location because of Mike and Scott. Best customer service helped me fix my Aunt's phone even though the problem was from another Metro store. Mike was a true blessing at a time when we needed one. This is the best Metro PCS store don't go anywhere else because you will regret the time and money wasted going elsewhere.
