WHOEVER HAPPENS TO READ THIS DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE AND BUY ANYTHING!!! I was scammed out of $110 and charged for a phone that Should've been free, I made a complaint with the attorney generals office of consumer protection and i can prove 100% I got scammed and they still haven't given me the rest of the money they owe me.

calling all day and no answer multiple stores including the ones on Aramingo Ave. why put a number and put call for support and no one answers , forcing you to drive over there ,then they ask why are we upset ...make it almost impossible to make a claim... and don't answer when we really need they help. TO BE CONTINUED ....

After 14 years of been a customer I have been disappointed of the last 4 years it has been a constant issue with the bad service and last year was the last drop, I got overcharge on my bill twice over $20.00 I discussed for the price I was given and show proof of what I pay before but they didn't want to head it and try again so mad I pay the bill and change my 2 phone and left my tablet but they turn off everything without letting me know so I called and claimed my $120.00 back, received 5 days later 14 years I bet I was the longest customer they had, but everybody knows some companies treat their customers good at the beginning only and when they make the money they get sloppy with customer care.

I was sent this phone in the mail for upgrade but Metro couldn't unlock on over the phone so I was sent to another Metro store who charged me $30 to turn on & now phone is making noises & dropping calls
