After 14 years of been a customer I have been disappointed of the last 4 years it has been a constant issue with the bad service and last year was the last drop, I got overcharge on my bill twice over $20.00 I discussed for the price I was given and show proof of what I pay before but they didn't want to head it and try again so mad I pay the bill and change my 2 phone and left my tablet but they turn off everything without letting me know so I called and claimed my $120.00 back, received 5 days later 14 years I bet I was the longest customer they had, but everybody knows some companies treat their customers good at the beginning only and when they make the money they get sloppy with customer care.

I was sent this phone in the mail for upgrade but Metro couldn't unlock on over the phone so I was sent to another Metro store who charged me $30 to turn on & now phone is making noises & dropping calls

Went in at 650pm on 8/22. Asked to add a line. I asked for one of the phones that would be free if I added a line, didn't mind the quality per say cause it was for my 11 y/o. Process went on and he gave me a total of 140. I asked how if the phone is free, first month is 40 dollars. So activation is roughly 90 dollars? He said oh its 120 with first month, taxes and activation .. still thought it was abnormal so I asked for a receipt. He said he texted me it. So.i walked put and called metro to explain why I was charged 120. They said it should have only been. 67 dollars. And my receipt he texted me verified it was only 67 dollars. The rep who charged me 120 clearly overcharged me and kept the rest. There is an investigation going on to get back my 50 dollars, but now I'm concerned I can never go back to this store without the fear of being robbed. Ridiculous. I know.i will not get my 50 back but what's worse is how u can't even go to a business without someone stealing.

Clean, however watch what they do they put me on a plan without me knowing my bill jumped a $100 , also there are wait times that could discourage you from wanting to go to this location

If I could give zero starts I would. I'm currently with metro service as of 6/19/2023 both will be moving to a different carrier on 7/01/2023 because on 6/10/2023 my phone broke I had a different phone In my hand they charged me 30 just to take the sim out of the old to put in the new. But I'm stuck without internet and service on the new but when I go there they don't want to help me they told me it's better off if I didn't have a phone

If you are not helping the employees hit their sales goals, they're otherwise useless, and strident af. I am in sales, and was taught in sales 101 that service \u003d sales. Rather than help a client who oversees the corporate sales of a Fortune 500 company, and what any reasonable sales person who consider a \"whale\" prospect, the guy who \"helped* me told me that they did not have a landline phone to call CS, and was condescending in stating so. If you are a T-Mobile shareholder, my humble advice is \"sell\". The \"authorized\" rats have taken over the ship, and it's going to sink fast. If you're the unfortunate, longtime and loyal but discarded \"customer\" like me, take this advice and start looking for a carrier that actually cares about their customers

Shaymar was very helpful with my issue, she updated my android auto app that was giving me error messages in my Jeep. Took her about 30 seconds to fix it . She is knowledgeable and professional. She is an asset to Metro T mobile !! Thank you
