If I could give this store zero stars I would. On June 6th 2024 I went to this location and asked about what upgrades I'm eligible for. The first words out of the women's mouth was how important is your phone number to you. Then she went on about how metro isn't doing upgrades and tried pushing the metro flex on me which she explains I would have to pay full retail price of the phone unless I change my number. I call customer service when I get home and find out that everything she told me was lies. I would Avoid this store at all cost if you can it's worth traveling to a store to be treated like a valued customer.

OMG NEVER IN MY LIFE ! 1ST let me say I own a business and I don't do this because I know it affects ur business more then people think but this place is a joke. I should of known better when I went in for a new phone and said can't u just use my sim card from my phone and the weasel insisted that I had to buy a SIM card for $10 . Me thinking like okay maybe they changed SIM cards or something updated about them. So I just said okay whatever. Then when I seen him pull out the same exact kind. I said yeah man you're lying to me you can use my SIM card I need like literally wouldn't even respond because he knew he was robbing me. But that's not the kicker. The kicker is I paid $200 for a phone. In 2024 and the phone does not do tap and pay who in their right mind would want a phone that does not do tap and pay why wouldn't they explain that to you why wouldn't they obviously I would rather spend $300 $500 before I spent $200 on the phone with no tap and pay. For a week now I've been trying to figure out why my phone won't do tap and pay and now I just figured out that Moto g play 2023 does not do tap and pay so I was robbed for $200 I can't wait to go in there today. I'm going to snap out . Don't go here the weasel will try to rob you try to make you pay for things you don't need and sell you the biggest piece of junk phone they have for overpriced
