My previous insurance agency was becoming far too expense. Browning insurance agency was recommended to me by my parents and they did not disappoint. Not only did they save us a bunch of money but they explained everything and were very patient no matter how many questions we had. I would recommend them 1000%!

The Allstate Browning Agency is the absolute best! They are alway polite and welcoming on the phones and in person also. They return your calls in a timely matter and always giving the Customer the help they need. I would highly recommend using this branch for all you Allstate needs.

I have had a few different insurance companies and Allstate by far has been the best. Especially with my fiancé and I buying our first house this year they gave us a rate we couldn’t pass up. They even call to just check in to see how everything is goin! It’s amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better insurance company

I've been working with Mike for over 4 years now for multiple coverages including home, landlord, umbrella, and our vehicles. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. When Hurricane Ida hit in '21 he was calm and so helpful when I needed help navigating the ins and outs of what I needed to do when I was panicking. Every time I call he is ready to help and goes above and beyond in what I need. Honestly, I'll never work with anyone else simply because of his customer service/relations. Makes you feel like family!

One word to describe this agency; amazing. The customer service and support this agency has is just phenomenal! I can’t think of one bad thing to say about it. The check ups, the professionalism, the great people who are here and Michael Browning is doing such a fantastic job. My rep was attentive ,knowagble patient. I moved to Allstate with 6 vehicles and a homeowners policy. I was dreading the move after 20 years with the same company. As it turned out the rates were a little better, but dealing with the agency was a pleasure. Wish I moved sooner!
