I had issues at another Michaels where my mat was inaccurately measured so it didn’t end up fitting my frame. I stopped in to the blvd location not sure if they’d be able to help or if I’d have to go to the original location, but Ross was super helpful and figured out the accurate measurements and got me a new mat super quickly with no questions! I so appreciate this Michaels always having great people working in custom framing!

Not very attentive, left my art lying around in the store for a week before I called them myself about where the art was. Instead of actually framing the pictures they put the art on these weird gallery hooks, making it a significant hassle to hang the pictures. While the framing was nice, would strongly recommend saving your money and framing art yourself or looking elsewhere if you are desperate for this service.

I came in less than 48 hours before Mother’s Day and asked to have a fairly large piece of artwork framed as a gift for my mom. Despite being incredibly busy Stephanie took the time to help me through the process of choosing a frame, matting colors etc. I’m admittedly clueless so I deferred to her suggestions and I’m so glad that I did. She got it done with time to spare and it was gorgeous. When I gave it to my mom she cried. And I do NOT have a mom that cries, lol. I’m so beyond happy with how it turned out and I will definitely be back with more business.

First impressions looking at the building you can tell they don't care at all, it's dingy no decorations on the outside of a Michael's is not a good sign. They are low on stock, no one around to help you. This place is terrible, I would gladly drive an extra 10 minutes to visit a different location. How don't you sell basic things like lined paper? So bad

I had to go to this one as all other stores were put of what I needed. This was the first time I have ever been to this one and what a dump!!. It was so dirty inside. Shelves were basically all empty.

Never do a pick up order here or believe what the website says is in stock. It took 24 hours for them to refund the order saying it was not in stock. Last week I went online and it said it was in stock in the store. Of course I drove there and it was not. Same thing with this online order. Unfortunately the AC Moore closed so this is my only choice in the area.

When I tell you I will not be back there again... believe me I placed my order on line so that I could avoid the holiday rush. Just go in and grab my order without having to wait in line. So I walk in, look around for a little then I head up to the line to pick up my order. When I get to the cashier I inform her that I placed a order on line and I am there for pick up. She looks away and says "you can go over there" I get instantly annoyed because I'm wondering , go where over there So I stepped to the side since I had no clue of where over there she was referring to. I hear her say on the phone or walkie "online order pickup". So it's takes about ten minutes for the person who handles the orders to make her way up. First off, she did not even come to where I was. I was on the right she was yelling talking to me from the left side of the store where the online orders are stored in a locker. She did not walk up and great me at all. She just said "what is your name". I said a Kelly and also told her my last name also since most places use last names for online orders. She yells "Ellie" ... Like how unprofessional can you be. I know it's michaels so I mean come on I am not expecting too classy. But that was just horrible. I say no "Kelly" she says "is that lly". Let me tell you I was disgusted. I placed my order on line to beat the crown. I worked all day as well and if I was looking for attitude after spending my hard earned cash that wouldn't be my choice of place. I don't even want to say they need customer service training. Because saying "hello" and not talking to someone from across the room should be common courtesy. But non the less. I will not be back to michaels
