I walked into Micro Tecc with what seemed like a lost cause - an extremely broken phone and no way of getting my data transferred to my new phone. The place I originally planned to use was unexpectedly closed during normal business hours, but luckily, Micro Tecc was there when I needed them.I was extremely stressed out and worried due to not backing up my data (dumb, I know), containing all of my priceless photos and important documents. I honestly half expected that I would be screwed, but Micro Tecc saved the day me and exceeded my expectations. The owner stopped what he was doing, going out of his way to help me by staying open late to ensure the transfer of all my old data, including pictures, documents, and files, to my new phone. He took care of my problem quickly and efficiently, completing the task within an hour.The fact that he stayed open late to help me showed how amazing their customer service is. Overall, my experience was outstanding. The owner's genuine concern for my situation and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to me.If you ever find yourself in need of expert help and exceptional customer service, Micro Tecc is the place to go. Their ability to resolve issues and go above and beyond for the customer truly sets them apart.

I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my laptop for the longest time, it wouldn’t turn on at all and I was losing hope that it would ever be fixed but then I brought it here and they repaired it!! The price was reasonable for all the effort and time they put forth into fixing my laptop. I would highly recommend this business to everyone & would bring any of my electronics back here to be repaired. Thank you so much for all your help!! ??
