I had to go in for a physical for my job. The NP seemed confused about what was necessary for her to sign off and got defensive immediately when I expressed confusion. Told me to leave because I was "yelling and being belligerent" Never trusting a minute clinic again

I recently experienced strep throat symptoms and decided to get tested at this clinic. However, I received a negative result and felt unsure about the accuracy of the test. To be safe, I went to urgent care for another test, which turned out to be positive. I believe the clinic's testing procedure may have been flawed, and I would recommend seeking a second opinion or visiting other clinics for more accurate results. They were quick and customer service was good

This place is absolutely horrible. This clinic treats you like you are garbage. They are rude and do not care about anyone they are treating. There is never anyone available to help you for appointments or at the physical check in desk. They never answer thier phones to assist and when they do they usually just transfer you. When you do finally get an appointment they usually take forever to do the simplest tests or assist you with any simple task. Just wait until you have to wait for lab or test results... This could take days and it usually consists of a week long phone tag. If you do call back and actually receive a human person they usually take your information and are unable to share your results. So look for another call back. Overall extremely unsatisfied with this location and especially the people who work here. My advise go anywhere else.

I will never go to another CVS minute clinic again based on my experience here. I had to get a physical and TB test for my summer job. I went here because I did not have insurance at the time. I told the nurse practitioner that I did not have insurance. I paid out of pocket and she told me I paid in full. I have the receipts to show my employer.A month later I get a bill from Minute Clinic for $40. Turns out they had (without asking, and despite me saying I had NO insurance), tried to submit the TB test to an old, expired insurance of mine. Without telling me. And telling me I was paid in full.I had to call 5 times and waited hours on hold. There was no apology, no supervisor I could talk to, no one I could provide feedback to. The woman on the phone just kept repeating that nothing would change. I couldn’t even close my account. Absolutely one of my worst experiences with a company and I will never go back.Be very very careful. You could very well be told you are paid in full only to get a bill a few weeks later. Then try waiting hours on hold to be told there’s nothing they will do about their mistake.

They did not know how to submit my insurance information to the Independence Blue Cross. Waited there for 1 hour to see the doc, and waited on phone for 2 hours to talk with Representatives.DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS STUPID PLACE.

I scheduled a covid rapid test where the testing was quick and easy. The person testing said that the results would take 11.5 min and to wait in my car and not leave until I am called in to receive my results. I waited TWO HOURS in my car and heard nothing. I finally went inside and waited an additional 15 minutes. No one ever came to the desk. I ended up have to drive away without my results. This was a COMPLETE a waste of time and I will never visit this location again.

The Family Nurse Practitioner Lisa Tanner charged my insurance $139 for renewal of a script . She told me I will have nothing to pay. Another lie.Even if it could possibly charged as Women care :- she did not provide a personalized treatment. I came up with it .- she did not provide an educational material- she did not help me determine which treatment option is appropriate- she did not give any tips about avoiding infection in the future .I will need an express review and change of the codes. I cannot accept to be powerless with so many inaccuracies.

Do not go here to get a COVID-19 test. The woman conducting the COVID-19 was extremely rude. Waited over 25 minutes for the results, and no one contacted me. I had to go back into the CVS to ask for my results. Once I was told the results, I had to wait another 30 minutes for a paper print-out because there was only one person working in the Minute Clinic. Awful! There are so many other places to get a COVID test. Go anywhere else instead.

Pharmacy and minute clinic staff gave me incorrect information in regards to COVID19 testing over the phone. After scheduling online and driving almost an hour for rapid test results they treated me like a child and robotically kept repeating themself instead of actively trying to help me solve the problem (which stemmed from the bad info). I felt terrible and drove far for testing , obviously I was desperate. I expected better trained, more compassionate people. It was disappointing and frustrating.

Went in to print pictures, did print in seconds but a couple mins went by and they didn't print. Went to the register and he tried fixing the machine but it just wasn't working...wrote down my name and number and I finished my errands and then he called saying it was ready. BRAD was the best and sooo helpful! Great customer service

Horrible experience starting with the NPR @ the minuet clinic. She was rude, I felt uncared for and rushed away. Walked over following this experience to the pharmacy were u didn't know it could get worse. They hated everything about assisting a patient and were so rude when it came to even entering my insurance information. They gave me such attitude when the agent wasn't entering anything correctly when is was clearly her mistake. After she finally entered the information she walked away without saying anything.. following that the pharmacist stated my name and just stared at me like I was doing something wrong. This is my second horrible experience @ this location. I will he from now on drive out of my way to use another location.

The clinician (Adrienne) here was excellent. I was seen promptly for a sinus infection and treated appropriately. Her knowledge and compassion was top notch and I highly recommend this clinic for any acute issues.
