This is a typical Walmart. I would say it's a little better than the Roosevelt Boulevard locations because you deal with less attitude from employees and patrons but not as appealing as the Willow Grove Walmart. This is a superstore so they have everything which is great. The bad is that like most Walmarts, the lines and wait are ridiculous. As this location is connected to a mall, the lines here seem to be even longer. Overall, it's Walmart and the prices are better than most places. It's up to you if the prices are worth the long waits in line.

You would think drive thru pick up is quick. You might want to rethink that. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or what, but I waited over 15mins and ZERO staff came out. I admitted I came at a busier time, 5:45-6pm, and there were at least 10 cars waiting. But for 15mins with not one staff walked out with any orders just seem a bit ridiculous. I ended up leaving and returning back today instead. I'm here a little before 4pm and have been waited for over 10mins, close to 15mins already and still waiting. There are about 5 other cars here when I got here. And I only 2 staffs came out so far. Compare to their competitors, I think Walmart needs to step up to this drive thru pickup service for their customers. Never did I wait this long for a pickup and without a staff walked out at all. Disappointed!

This the only Walmart I know of in history that doesn't have handicap scooters for their patrons. I mean none zero nada zip. The only one they had was broken sad Walmart

I had been an online grocery delivery order customer for almost 2 years this year and there were many times when I had ordered a large order and some items I payed for were missing, one time they delivered 2 big boxes of cereal boxes I didn't even order while other items were missing! I complained to Walmart.com customer service many times and I was always given a refund, I even asked them to pass my complaint to their corporate office and had the reference number emailed to me. Now things got much worse, two weeks ago I had scheduled for a delivery of a large grocery order for 6-7pm,and my instructions were always on the site for them to call me 5 minutes before they arrive so I can go down and put a bag between the outside building because the intercoms are always broken, I don't want any contact because of Covid-19,so I then need them to come up and bring my items inside and place them on my tables and or couch because I have a very bad painful back condition and I really can't life heavy bags and bend over and I'm on the third last floor of my apartment complex and I always give them a 20$ tip for large orders like these and in the past I was really lucky to have very kind good delivery people from Walmart who did bring all of my large amount of groceries and even place them inside on my tables and couch. After the second recent time that they never called and didn't deliver my order, a young woman from Walmart called me 2 days later after I had complained to customer service, and she asked me if I still wanted them to deliver my order and told me they are short staffed at this store, I told her that I had already canceled the order. Well they never called me and I waited and waited and they never delivered my order, so I re-scheduled for 2 days later and they did the same thing again! It only said on their web site that my order was delayed, after they did this the second time I called up customer service and said to cancel my order and give me a refund which they did. Two days before, the first time this happened a guy only delivered the cereal box I ordered and a few non perishable items were shipped for both orders. Last night was the last straw, I gave them one last chance and placed a very large grocery order and a few non grocery items to be delivered between 6-7 pm, they never called me again and didn't deliver my order and around 11 am the next day my next door neighbor rang my bell and told me that a lot of grocery bags were left outside and there were a lot of items that needed to be frozen and refrigerated so they were ruined, I don't even know how long they were left outside and it was 70 degrees this day! My neighbor was very nice enough to bring the non perishable items up to me and throw out all of the perishable items. I called customer service and the agent gave me a refund but she also said that's really weird because on her end it doesn't even say it was delivered it says it was being prepared and had been delayed, and on my end the site and an email from them the day before said just delayed, no other information was provided. A couple of months before these incidents a very nice helpful delivery guy told me when I told him that some items I ordered were missing again, that it's Walmart you can't expect that much, and he said they have poor customer service, and he also told me that he was left waiting in their parking lot once for two hours before he was able to get the customer's groceries and deliver them! I looked up reviews for this store location and sure enough a guy Stu had the same thing happen to him, they never called him or delivered his online order three times and he said he didn't even get a phone call or follow up email and he said avoid it at all costs unless you feel like wasting hours on the phone getting transferred multiple times to get a refund and he put 3 !!! I have gone to this Walmart and there is never enough staffing and shelves are empty. No shopping cart available and the store is always a mess.

The associates who work in this store are by far the most unpleasant & unhelpful than in any Walmart I've ever been to. Between the horrific language that you often over hear to the unwelcoming impression they give off, to the utter disgrace of their management team who act superior and bothered by their own staff and customers. Someone truly needs to remind the associates here that no one is forcing them to work at Walmart or any other retail position for that matter! The store is always filthy, never enough registers open and they rarely have sale items in stock. I'm truly floored this place maintains enough business to stay open, let alone that they haven't been closed down from failed health & safety inspections. Save yourself the aggravation and drive the extra 3 miles to the Walmart on Horizon Boulevard.

I need baby wipes for my son and I usually go to target but I pass this Walmart going home every day so I decide to try it. I order it and hit the "check in" button before going. I get "technical difficulties" screen and figure no big deal if I have to wait an extra 2 minutes when I get there. I go to the pick up kiosk and it's blocked in by pumpkins. I ask 2 staff members where to go and they point towards an open door next to customer service. I walk up and the woman behind the desk says this is where the pick up things are but I have to call the number on the board, she can't help me. I call the number, it goes to voicemail. I tell the woman and she tells me to get in line for customer service. I get in line and 5 minutes into waiting the same woman pulls me out of line and says someone will be right up for me. I wait 10 more minutes and notice the people that were behind me have already done what they needed and left. I let the woman at the open door know no ones come and she calls back again. I wait another 10 minutes and someone finally shows up. I get no apology, she scan my bar code and gets my stuff. While getting my stuff the woman that's been at the door mentions I tried calling the number and the woman getting my stuff just says "oh yea, the phone died, it's charging." I've never had this problem at target and do not plan to try Walmart again. Walmart emails me asking to give a review, I write everything down to submit and when I do, I get yet another "technical difficulties", photo to show. They don't even want reviews they're asking for. Stay away from this Walmart.

We drove here to do a return and exchange on a Saturday morning. When we got to the service desk we were told customer service was closed and the only way to do a return or exchange would be to go to a different store. Employees and manager were not friendly or helpful.

I wasted 2 hours and 30 minutes trying to figure out where our online order was and when I decided to visit the store, it took me 40 minutes for an associate to assist me in the store. The worst possible customer service in history. This kind if customer service makes McDonalds looks like a Michelin star eatery

Possibly the worst Walmart in the world!! Shelves are never stocked. Pellets of stock always in the middle of the isles. Most of the employees are rude. I waited 15 minutes for them to unlock the case for Ibuprofen and when the lady finally came with the key she was rude acting like I was inconveniencing her. Really!!! Last straw for me. You know this Walmart is bad if the have to lock up ibuprofen and body wash (yes I said body wash) all true. This are the only shelves that are always stocked because nobody can get what they want. I can keep going on with what's wrong with this place. I would give 0 stars if you would let me. They should shut this location down. If you are in the area drive ten minutes out of your way and go the the Walmart in Bensalem or go to Target. Much better. Trust me

The employees at this store are useless and LAZY. I asked 3 separate employees for help looking for a game, and not one of them wanted to help. They each passed me off to the next one and the 3rd one said "oh I will have to ask my assistant if he can look it up but it might just be packed and needs to be unloaded and my guys who unload don't come in til 10 am tomorrow." But never attempted to try and look it up. Didn't even ask me what I was trying to look for. Maybe if the store did not look like a f****** bomb hit it then maybe I would not need their help locating a simple game. Definitely not returning to this s*** hole. Laziest f****** employees I have ever encountered. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Terrible terrible WalMart. And I don't hate WalMart. I've been to some great ones! But I've never seen one this bad! Total mess. Items all over the floors. Thank God they had the $5 sheet I needed for Halloween; Problem is that I'm going to need way more than that to pay for the therapist session I will need after being inside of this store.

This Walmart is an absolute disaster. From the mess of the isles to the dirty of this store . Apart from the fact coming home without an item I payed for . I call the following morning to customer service to see if my item was handed in. I first called at 8:50 AM The phone rang for over 20 minutes to disconnect me . I called several times after . All the way yo until 10:57AM Having to call Pharmacy TWICE to get a manger pages over to PHARMACY to take my Customer Service Call . The Manger made excuses for Customer Service . No One Cares- Period Disgrace Care More Franklin Mills Walmart !
