Waiting 80 minutes for direct deposit form I never seen any Bank of America like this ,the bank is empty still waiting

I am from CA and visiting Philadelphia. I went to this BOA for banking needs. As I was waiting in line, an unhappy customer was talking to an employee and next thing I heard is the employee raised her voice and talked in a very rude manner. The employee continued to raise her voice even louder and she literally was yelling at the customer. I think the customer requested and insisted an appointment for the next day. Apparently, the earliest available appointment was on Monday. Her belittling demeanor and angrily raised tone went on for about 5 minutes. I don't care how insistent the customer was, the employee should never have angrily raised her voice to a customer let alone belittle the customer. I will move my banking if an employees at CA branch behave this way. There are alternative ways to handle stubborn customers. The manager must better train the employees.
