I recently moved into my apartment and I absolutely love it!
When I met Mitch and Amy I told them I couldn’t believe this was real. The entire rental process was smooth and efficient from application, to pay & signing, and picking up my keys. I was temp living/working out of state when starting my search and things were still hassle free. I’ve rented from other property managers in Philly, including within my current neighborhood before and the experience has been night and day.
Everything was perfect and as advertised. I appreciate MPD and would highly recommend to other renters in Philly.

Have had a great experience with them, responded very quickly to issues, and have been easy to communicate with. Would recommend, especially if it's your first time renting.

MPD has been super helpful and accommodating with our recent move into South Philly! Their application process was transparent and straightforward. They supported us with tours and have answered any concerns as we get acclimated to our new place. Would recommend gladly to any one searching for a place in Philadelphia

Mitch and Amy have been very helpful and accommodating throughout the process of getting an apartment with MPD. They were great with touring and had plenty of availability to show properties, very quick in response to any questions I had, and helpful with the application and lease process. I’d definitely recommend renting with MPD!

Was a 5 year tenant. Dishwasher replaced when it broke. Dryer fixed too

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. I applied for an apartment with them a few weeks ago. I was the fourth or fifth applicant. They said they would run the applications in order. They ended up going with the first applicant, and didn't even run my application. That is fine, BUT THEY STILL CASHED MY CHECK. AND I had to find out they went with the first applicant FROM THE CURRENT TENANT. I Have been calling to get my money back for weeks, and they have been dodging my calls. This company is incredibly unprofessional and I am so glad I did not end up renting from them.
