Honestly bob was very nice and explained everything thoroughly, so you know what you are getting. I love that it's ground level. No hassle, loading and waiting for elevators. Another plus for the personal pin code, very smart, might be the biggest like for me. Got a 5x10 was able to put so much in. Still planning on adding more into. Again thank you Bob for everything.

Met with Bob at south Philly location who is the property manager, he explained everything well and suggested a unit which will best suit my needs. He also did a follow up call after I came in in person, 5 star customer service and easy access to my
belongings.

I'm SO glad I came here! Bob made it incredibly easy for me to get exactly what I needed in an hour tops, was considerate of my situation, and reassuring that the facility I asked for was the right one, which turned out to be perfect.
Bob, thank you for being so helpful and thoughtful, I appreciate you going through everything with me thoroughly and making all the details easily understandable! It was actually kind of fun setting this up! I'll come say hi next time I'm over there!!
