Load information was incomplete upon arrival to the shipper. The delay caused me to be a "work in". Unacceptable, yet another incompetent brokerage platform. When are customers going to learn to leave out the middleman?

Poor customer service. The dispatch person had a bad attitude when contacting our supplier to arrange a pick-up. Actually suggested they sell their good elsewhere. Absolutely not their place to advise in that way.

I love working here even though when it gets slow we still have work and even though with this pain that make going on I was still able to work always busy even when we're slow I'm always busy I'm not planning I'm not planning on leaving this place at all I will stay here until I retire
