I am so impressed with the facility, ease of access and quality of staff. I am having follow-up OT with Kerry... for hand surgery from 12 months ago. Progress with another OT/PT provider was not great after surgery, so hence this need. Kerry is excellent, thoughtful, and developed thorough plan that I think will give the improvement in function that I need.

I will probably write a different review after I am done with therapy. I am a current patient. This is the spot to go to if you want to see a hand/elbow/arm/shoulder/wrist specialist. Novacare has a lot of great therapists at all different locations for all of your woes including the body parts listed above but this is where you go for the more difficult scenarios for "hand>to>shoulder" issues. Kerry is one of the country's top therapists in this specialty. I would recommend traveling great distances to come here. And, of course, she makes custom braces and such as well.

I am on my second round of hand therapy with Kerry. She is a talented therapist who makes you feel at ease with her friendly personality. I wish I didn’t have problems with my fingers that make me need hand therapy, but Kerry makes it fun, and the time passes quickly. Kudos to everyone at this location. I have been coming here for years for different physical therapies. Everyone has been great.

This location is fantastic. Wally helped bring me back from a major ankle injury, really listened to my goals and helped me achieve them! In fact the entire team there creates a safe, supportive and fun environment for healing and recovery.

Great location and staff. Alexis quickly diagnosed my problem and provided great and helpful exercises, and Coretta at the front desk was helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

NovaCare is a safe, supportive community focused on helping you reach your full potential . Every staff members know who you are and make an effort to welcome you, send you back into your day encouraged and make things easier on you as a patient and person.i had double knee replacement, and a surgical manipulation. i did not have an easy road to travel but Lexie held my hand through it, listen, paid attention and used her expertise and her commitment on my care.If it weren't for Lexie I still would be sleeping in my recliner on my 1st floor. Wally showed me how much my knees could bend and help me get on the bike and turned those pedals until they start squeaking for additional oil.Caretta makes appts and insurance go smooth and in todays world that is a skill and show determination.I would not be where I am today 5 1/2 months post surgery. I will sincerely miss each one of these great humans

Kerry came highly recommended to me when I was looking for an occupational therapist for and elbow injury-and she has not disappointed. She’s a skilled and creative OT who makes coming to therapy fun. All the staff members are warm and friendly.

Was involved in a car accident and I was dealing with chronic shoulder pain. Since the start of my therapy I feel a whole lot better. I have better range of motion and in alot less pain than I ever was. I couldn't do push ups or even lift groceries before coming here. I wanted to give up before coming here for physical therapy. They are amazing. The staff is great. The atmosphere is amazing. They help motivate you and will do what's needed for whatever body part may cause you pain or discomfort. Also alot of the exercises can be done at home for constant improvement. Again the staff is very welcoming and you may get a good laugh while being there. Thank you for working me, motivating me and giving me a better outlook on life after my accident.
