Check your expectations at the door. Waited two weeks for an appointment after my bicep surgery. Received a phone call asking if I could reschedule for the following week due to a staffing situation. The night before this second scheduled appointment, I received another call, but this time, they told me I would have to wait due to a staffing situation. That was enough for me to see that I needed to go somewhere else.

This Nova Care at 2nd Green Street personal staff is very Friendly and helpful and willing to due all things to get you 100 percent healthy.

I am never truly one to write reviews, but I have to give a huge shoutout to Steve as he is hands-down the best PT I’ve ever been to. After receiving my L5-S1 disc herniation diagnosis, Steve provided me with a plan including stretches to correct my slipped disc and minimize my pain. I worked with him over the course of six months and genuinely enjoyed each visit as the entire practice is welcoming and fun to interact with. Steve made me feel comfortable and hopeful throughout my entire physical therapy process; I can’t recommend him enough to any who suffer with an injury! Thank you, Steve!

Steve at NovaCare provides an exemplary PT service! He was knowledgeable, careful which resulted in the acceleration of my rehabilitation! Great place to get well, quick!!!

I wana attest the review ( from Craig Griffin) just read about the scheduling issue and the person on the phone. I just talked to the customer service in northern liberties branch to schedule an appointment, so rude and impatient. Keep yelling and interrupting me, i preferred to schedule somewhere else. Sometimes a good business can be ruined just by bad staff.

I was referred here by a doctor and was able to call the same day and schedule a 12pm PT appointment later in the day with ease. The next day someone called and confirmed which was reassuring. Then, the day before my first PT appointment, the actual office called and said that can't do 12, they never do 12, and it was a third party's fault. Then I asked for a late afternoon appointment, they put me on hold, and then said they can do 9am. I thought I had a stroke speaking with the office. I'll keep looking for a different PT service.

I have now successfully rehabilitated two injuries (one acute requiring surgery, and the other chronic) with the expert help of PT Steve G. and the Green St NovaCare and would absolutely recommend this center to anyone.A huge part of the struggle of injury and recovery is the mental and emotional toll the uncertainty takes. From the very beginning, Steve always provided solid care as well as support -- I could voice my personal hurdles, concerns, and apprehensions and feel truly that they were heard, worked into the overall plan moving forward, and communicated in a way that always made sense to me.The lessons learned in therapy about musculoskeletal care/wellness will provide value to me for years to come. Although I could have done without these injuries, I am grateful I had the opportunity to heal, laugh, enjoy trivia, excellent music and conversation and an overall warm environment with Steve and the rest of the Green St Crew!

I used think physical therapy was over rated but not anymore My physical therapist is awesome Bill feeling so much better after 3 sessions had a problem with my sciatica nerve hope to continue to improve thank you Nova Care

I can only say good things about the NovaCare team at Northern Liberties. Steven Gallagher is very knowledgeable, caring, practical, and he has my full confidence. The whole place is well organized, clean and friendly. Definitely my go-to for PT.

Nova Care located at 203 Green Street in Philadelphia is a great place to go if your doctor says you need physical therapy. I have arthritis and I went to Penn med and I had my x-rays my name, my knee drained and they told me to go to NovaCare and close to me is the one on Green Street the day I walked in the door I was read it smiles on their faces dr. William Connell is my physical therapist and he took his time. My first day explained me what was gonna happen. I was in so much pain from arthritis that he actually massage the muscles that were hurting me and he took it easy on me and he say I’ll push you but they tied they keep you at the level they know that you are kinky you could be at so if you need physical therapy and you live close to Northern liberty Fishtown area anywhere’s around there NovaCare located in northern liberty on 203 Queen St. is the best place to go the receptionist, Dr. Stevens, the other doctor they make you feel at home they take your time with you and explain everything that goes on and they will not take push you but they won’t push it to where you can’t handle it so I thanked him for being there for me. I’ve had lost in the families last weeks so I gotta get back to her next week. I gotta go back and do so I program, but I do do my program at home every day while I’m not there. Thanks Dr. Bill, Dr. Steve.

William (Bill) Connell has been my primary therapist since starting at Nova Care in mid December. Bill is professional, knowledgeable, an educator and listens to his patients. So important is the collaboration between Bill and his patient, working jointly to achieve great outcomes!
