My experience was phenomenal! I came in with some knee injury issues that had stopped me from being able to run but through consistently following my strength building and progression plan with my therapist’s guidance and support, I am able to run again and conduct my daily activities with more ease. Having had prior knee injury/surgery as well, my physical therapist, Libby, was able to relate to my experience and that helped ensure me more that I was in good hands. She pushed and believed in me when I didn’t necessarily believe in my body. I loved the machines and technology that they included in my program. The anti-gravity treadmill was vital for me to build my confidence back in my legs so that I could run again. Additionally, the whole entire staff was so warm and welcoming! They always spoke, remembered my name and were so helpful, so I felt very at home.

Libby is the GOAT. Everybody here is wonderful and very knowledgeable. They are very patient with you and help you build up your own strength. Libby pushed me more than anybody has in recent years and I needed that. Thanks to Libby I am walking around and doing things with no pain for the first time in 10+ years. I am very sad to be writing this because that means I’m done with PT. I will truly miss working with Libby. She deserves a promotion, raise or something. Thank you Libby and everyone else there who has helped me.

Suzanna is the best. She is so thorough and caring. She takes her time and her patience is appreciated in making sure that her patients are doing the exercises properly and she makes sure that you feel supported and comfortable.

I'm getting treated for my hand I dip my hand in wax 5 times it feels so gd then my therapy put a warm compress on my hand she be taking care of me it help me alot she taught me hw to do the exercises she gave me I love ❤️ all of them at Nova they are the best

Mary Gorman at NovaCare Philadelphia Spring Garden could be running the entire company, that's how capable she is, and I'm gonna hold the company's exec's to that recommendation. Mary is prismatic of NovaCare's obvious mastery of quality selection process in hiring. She is engaged to the mission of her craft to a degree that literally any field of business or industry should hold in the highest regard. As her client, in a moment of my life that has been extremely traumatic, Mary's professional guidance has been a crucial lifeline in maintaining my physical-psychiatric balance against what initially seemed like a life-ending injury. Five stars are not enough, but I'm solid on it.

Abigail (Abby) Wagner was my physical therapist and she was wonderful. She treated me for TMJ, which I didn't even know could be treated with PT until earlier this year. My program consisted of physical care and innovative exercises. Abby was comprehensive and thoughtful in coming up with a plan that featured separate exercises I could do at the office, home and gym. After a few weeks/month my TMJ was much improved (after having the condition for as long as i can remember). Due to a sudden health issue that I had to address, I stopped coming but still do the exercises at home.

Total incompetence. I called the sporting club location that is listed on the website to schedule an appointment. This location was ideal to my work meetings that occur once per week downtown. I have a detailed conversation with the young lady on the call. Then on the date of my appointment I call to confirm that they received my faxed doctor script. When I call the lady says spring garden street. I say oh I'm sorry I was trying to reach the location on south broad in the sporting club. Well to my surprise the lady says that location is closed for construction and all calls are being routed here. I say we'll I'm confused I have an appointment today at that location. She then shares that it is actually at spring garden street. I ask for directions as I'm not familiar with the area parking. She point out where I can park. I then say ok my main reason for calling was to confirm you have my faxed script before I drive there. She places me on hold then says yes we have it. I drive all the way to the location and the women states she doesn't have my script and she doesn't know who I spoke with as there is one other person that answers phone and they didn't speak with me. I give the phone number I called she says that is the wrong number. I redial in front of her and what happens the phone rings to her desk. I also have the call logs to prove I called and spoke to someone at that location.There is nothing worse than a professional not taking ownership for providing mis information. Instead she chose to lie, which wasted my time. I will NEVER use this location OR recommend anyone to use the facility. It's a shame as the reviews show that the therapist are well experienced. However the front desk sets the first experience tone and for me it was terrible!

I enjoyed the place honestly and my therapist Terrence was amazing. I did relapse again but I don’t think it was his fault. Ask for him when you go there, he is dope and provides valuable information on the process..

I was completely appalled by the phone service I received from the staff here, specifically a Nadine/Nadia Henderson. I am a physician associate who was assisting a patient in making sure they had a referral for Physical Therapy completed and faxed to them. My current front desk staff dropped the ball and I called Novacare to see if there was anyway I could get this referral over to them as quickly as possible so my patient didnt miss their appointment. As I spoke on the phone with Nadine/Nadia, She had the rudest attitude, kept referring to a portal I should have sent the referral to (which I had no knowledge of because I am clinical staff and not administrative). Instead of working with my to provide an email or fax number I could send the information to, she hung up on me out of frustration. I called the office back and she maintained her rudeness and I emailed the referral to my patient to be use when they arrived. Upon arrival, Nadine/Nadia continued to be rude to my patient, saying the referral was wrong (even though it was not) and encouraged him to reschedule. This is a person who cannot ambulate mind you and needed this evaluation. As a medical provider, this type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I asked for her name and her superior's name and email address, She gave me the wrong information, so here I am a writing a yelp review.

I just had my second visit with Ryan Kuehn for shoulder pain. In that short period of time, I have already noticed a difference in my shoulder. Ryan is an excellent therapist and the center staff are very friendly and helpful.
