I was looking for a Boys blue zipper up Sweater in a size 6/7. I could not find it upon walking the floor looking myself. I asked sales associate Kel did they have anymore?He started looking around the store walking towards the boy section. Someone else came over to him and asked him for something and he stopped walking and started talking to them and looking for their item No Excuse me or letting the customer know he was assisting another customer he would get back to them Nothing, so I walked away.
I proceeded to the cash register to checkout. When I got the the register the sales associate Jackie T. greeted me, as she rung my shorts up the rang as regular price, I expressed to her I got them from the clearance rack and they should be 20.99 she said ok I will ring them up 19.99 but you can’t return them, I smiled and said “No Problem”.
I expressed to her that I Appreciated her turning my shopping experience around and explained to her what I had experienced with the other associate and she apolgized and said she hopes that never happens again and thanked me for coming to shop there.

The Muslim sister at the register should be a shame of herself and especially now during Ramadan. Very rude and unfriendly to say the least! I used to love shopping here. If this is the customer service they are allowing I will spend my money elsewhere. I gave it 3 stars because outside of her and her rude behavior Ceaser was very helpful, nice and friendly.

Went into this store made a large purchase paid and went home one of the shirts didn’t fit I took it back to find out the cashier didn’t ring it up and I’m not sure how that happened when it was a ton of items on my receipt the general manager which was unprofessional Carroll stated to me they need my Identification in order to give me my money back I refused. They can pull the camera I didn’t steal anything their cashier need to be properly trainer basically she giving away clothes not scanning everything. Sounds like illegal operation to me which can make it look like a honest person stole an item. CUSTOMER SERVICE was horrible down too the general manager. I will never go into this store again. Beware check your receipt make sure your items are on it!!!!

Old Navy is having an extra 40%off clearance they have 40cent and90cents shirts I also nab a $2.50 sports bra with some 99cents underwear ( sports bra size XXL )

There was nobody at the checkout register. I waited for somebody to notice me and then left the store because I didn't feel like waiting.

There was one cashier who was very rude to me she was in a muslim garment. I know everyone has a bad day but you shouldn't bring that to the work place. She was on her phone too.
