I was shopping at the Old Navy in Philadelphia Mills late last week , the mall is dying but the store was great! Now and days it’s hard to even get a “Hello” when you walk in , but Old Navy was just the experience I was looking for! I had help shopping for my sisters wedding by two employees , Deanna and Ola. Both girls were very helpful and great to conversate with! Thanks Old Navy!

Girls at the register are rude as hell. They need to get new jobs. Especially the teenager with the red hair. She thinks she knows everything. She told me that if I return clothing to your store that it will affect my credit score negatively which is a lie. I return clothing all the time and my credit score is almost perfect. Someone needs to inform her she has no clue what she is talking about. And she needs to leave the customers alone.
We will be visiting the Old Navy out of the city. We don't need her attitude.

I found exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the cost at the non outlet Old Navy. The cashier let me know I had $5 cash I could use.

I went to do a little bit of light shopping to see if there was anything I wanted. I found a couple things and went to try them on, and I’ll admit I stay in the fitting room for a long time because I like to really see if the clothes look right on me. After I got out the changing room this tall blonde girl and another employee were looking directly at me whispering, and when I saw them they dispersed. I then tried to explain to her I let my unwanted items in the fitting room and she just walked passed me with the rudest attitude and went directly in the changing room I was just in. Just because I’m the only black person in the store doesn’t mean I’m stealing. The cashier was very kind though. The rest not so much.
