This review is STRICTLY for the MALE counter associate. As another patron has mentioned below, HE has a NASTY disposition when responding to women. I asked him in a kind way about how my nail services price had changed during the prior time I visited.
He was SO loud and disrespectful with his response, and I responded back to him using the same tone. I am an academically educated individual who does not tolerate such disrespect from any business I patronize.
Moreover, the last time I visited, I wore a translator. Prior to the nail tech finishing up my nails; which she always does a BEAUTIFUL job, I heard him tell her my nails were an additional 5 dollars because of their length. In my opinion, there was not much difference. I did not address the issue that day which I should have, but I was in a rush to leave.
Regardless, IF my nail length was the issue he still should NOT have responded back to me in such condescending, disrespectful tone.
Even his response to the nail tech was LOUD! After noticing how he talks to women who kindly disagrees with him, it appears that this guy seems to live with an anger management disorder.
The nail salon business services mostly females, thus a MALE addressing women in the way he does should not be tolerated!

They do great waxing. But the nails are horrible. I got my nails done and the job looked rushed. They couldn’t do the design I wanted but it was ok, so I just picked something the person was comfortable with. They started adding stuff I didn’t ask for and the nails are bulky and the shape isn’t really good. You’re all better off going somewhere where they take the customer into consideration. Not once did she ask me if this was ok or did I like the nails. I’ll be going to my regular salon after this disaster.

I normally do my own nails but lately been so busy.. I came here a few times and the staff are friendly. Ask for V she sits up front and her work are incredibly beautiful specially pedicure. She is very sweet and kind and take her time with you... Just ask and she will take care of you.

Just like all the rest nailery they just want your money and do what they want to you n charge you what they like we really need to start banning some of these nailerys these people are completely out of hand n they are laughing in our face

For today I would like to give no ratings. I was the first customer in the nail salon today. The nail tech that did my nails was extremely impatient and unnecessarily rude. I was rushed to pick a color, she handled my hands as if she hated me or I caused her harm. Mind you, this is not the first time I have experienced this in this nail salon. I usually go to Olney nails everyday two weeks (Sundays). I can say the last few times in the past I was satisfied and didn't mind leaving a tip but not today. If the owner was there today I would have spoken with him about this. To end, I will find another nail salon to frequent.

I got my lashes done on 1/15They are simply horrible. I was waiting for an hour and still waiting until someone was getting bit by a bed bug. The woman pointed out the big and the manager had it in his hand.. disgusting. Than he placed the woman’s sister who came later in front of us. We left to not risk taking bed bugs home.

This place is not sterilized they do not clean their utensils they use the same ones on other people feet… I have a fungus because of that.. it’s roaches in there it’s not comfortable at all in there.. lily gave me a pedicure with gel polish and she forgot to polish my pinky toe she was rushing me outta there…Service: Pedicure

The owner is rude and disrespectful. Someone is always threatening him. The customer should always be right instead they try and talk you into keeping something you don't like and tje techs make up there own price
