The observation deck is absolutely stunning, I can not think of a better place to view the skyline of Philly than this. The employees are friendly and the building is beautifully decorated and clean.

The observation deck gives beautiful 360 degree views of Philadelphia! You can stay up there for as long as you want. The elevator ride gives an interesting video description on the way up. The lower levels offer shopping and food choices.

The observation deck is amazing! We arrived about an hour before sunset and the views of the city were stunning. Not sure if it's currently open based on posted information, but make an effort to go if it is! The elevator ride to the top was smooth and not too fast (having been in elevators that felt like a horror movie, lol). There's a video that plays to help the ride up and back feel shorter.

We were there for wedding on New Year's Eve they had the ceremony outside Sowell facing the bribe and groom we could see Independence Hall there was an amazing view plus being New Year's Eve they had fireworks at 6 pm right before the wedding and then again at midnight made the evening just a little more special. The food was excellent from the hors d'oeuvres to the main course everyone was friendly they were on top of everything if I had to say anything bad about this place that every time I got up from the table they took my drink. If I had to plan something in the future I would definitely consider this place

This observation deck is located among many other high rise buildings. It has great 360 view of the city. You can stay as long as you want However, you might not get the picture of ALL the high rise buildings together since they are so close to each other. You may go to City Hall's observation deck where you can see all the high rise building. However, be aware that the admission fee is $8 for only 15 minutes. So you got to take pictures fast!!

Ideal historic location. Center of center city. Close to theater and orchestra. Interior hotel entrance. Indoor retail and ATM. Convenience across street. Banks nearby.

Fun. 57 floors. 360 views of the skyline of Philadelphia. The bottom floor has a small mall with a food court.

It's a decent mini mall and food court. Observatory is located here and some shopping stores. They should move all the chairs out if the rotunda and make it into pop up shops. Street parking and garage parking only. Hopefully more shops will be added in the future.
