Both employees when I came in were super friendly and so helpful. I had asked them to wrap presents for me and Janet went above and beyond and made it so beautiful and even added a cute ribbon bow. Great store with lots of merchandise and best the customer service you can find! Highly recommend!

My favorite stationary store. I make greeting cards and I buy my envelopes from the Paper Source. They offer traditional gifts/stationary and I am pretty sure that they hate Donald Trump as much as I hate him. I have seen some irreverent Trump trinkets that make me guffaw!

i could get lost in here for years. great for quick gifts (stuffed animals, socks, skincare, books, fidget toys, etc) as well as amazing paper products.

Lovely shop owned by Barnes and Noble but a really fantastic selection and the staff are so helpful. I was buying stationary to do my wedding g thank you cards and miscounted envelopes and the cashier caught it for me while I was checking out. Can’t wait to go back!

Poor and rude customer service at the Walnut street location in Philadelphia . I don’t know their name but on Friday, July 19, I went in and asked for help, the person that attended to me was nice but the person at the counter was extremely rude to me and was so abrupt with responses. For a description they had long brunette hair and bad nails. Completely put me off. I hope they invest in their customer service training going forward.
