If zero stars were possible this is the worst store to go to. The manager with the tattoo sleeve is very racist an disrespectful. They deserve to be closed down. The manager said she didn't see me while I was next in line. The response from the owner is ridiculous always apologizing but won't do anything about the manager

So I confirmed that they take my insurance via phone and with my provider the lady with sleeve tattoos advised they don’t take it. They had us waiting outside like a retail store in 30 degree weather. My appt was for 9:20am and they don’t open until 9:30am very unpleasant very unprofessional will never come back again. People take time off work to go to their appts.

Visited this location for the first time and let me say it was a good decision. From the beginning to end the service provided was great. Even thou it looks like a very busy office the ladies seems to try their best to provide good and fast service to all of us waiting. An associate name Yary was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. She was very patience with me and took her time to make sure I was happy with what I was looking for. I highly recommend this place.

I went to this pearl vision and the staff was great ?? they treated me and my mom with kindness and love.. The Doctor was great very patient and nice.. I love the Doctor and staff am very pleased with this place.. I would recommend to everyone..

This place is like an animal house. It’s obvious this site is overbooking appointments. I came in 45 mins before my appt., and still waited nearly an hour to be seen. And although the ladies are polite, you are rushed, there is no privacy as you discuss your care and case with the associates - and that’s from your personal healthcare situation to the amount of cash or credit you have to pay for your order. This location is run without adequate oversight and professionalism. If you’re going to overbook clients, at least have enough seating for everyone. I thought the first time I went there for my appointment the experience was a one-off, but I went back for a second appt., and experienced the exact same thing…, long wait, no privacy, office too crowded and unprofessional service. It’s just not worth it, even if they do have a nice selection of frames. Go somewhere else- seriously!

I have been going to this location for over 10 years every year like clock work. Every year it has become worse and worse. Every visit I pay for with myself or my son’s things IN FULL. Every year I pay over $500 for each of us. We both always get contacts and glasses. Today I was told I cannot get an exam for contacts until I pay upfront because too many people have not been paying. I informed I would be using a card and they charge a 4% convenience fee for each card transaction and I did not want to pay that fee twice (once for the contact exam and again for the contacts glasses and copy of my prescription at the end of the visit) the girl start saying sorry people haven’t been paying an this is the new policy. Man if she would have looked at my 10 plus year chart she would have seen I pay in full every visit not half and half FULL. Now I have to go to a new eye doctor.

I think the Doctor is a good person to work with but I have to agree about the very poor customer service and negative attitude given by the staff going to the eye doctor should be a stress free environment without handling rude people and indifferent. I just want to say that a smile a hello and a have a nice day goes a long way

The staff are rude, unprofessional, and not very good at their jobs. The doctor was also incredibly rude and doesn't care about actually serving his patients. Thankfully I have much better insurance now and can go somewhere else.
