Tony was a big help! My son damaged the frames of his glasses playing basketball. The nose piece was bended very badly which made the glasses unbearable to wear. Tony did his magic and repair them back to new. He was polite and courteous and we really appreciated his help!

Shout out to Laurie and Tony. Laurie, you are truly a customer service representative. I appreciate how much you saved me today and how you took out the time to go over the different options with me so I could understand the eye language and what I was getting myself into if I would of taken those progressive lenses. Thanks for that because I would have been totally upset if I brought something with that much money and couldn’t use it!!!Also tysm for fixing my glasses in a flash. I was told 3 or 4 days and your knowledge made those days a minute. You’re the best!!! I so appreciate the service you gave me!!!I can see again. See ya in 2 weeks for the new hotness. Love the choice of glasses u helped to me to admire!!!!

I did like the dr that did the eye exam. Wasn’t happy with pearl vision girl told me my balance was $96 !! I have very good vision insurance. I never paid anything for my glasses. .. She told me there is a coating that goes over the glasses. I guess that’s what I was paying for.!! So I took my prescription and went to another store. Got my glasses from eye options and my insurance paid for everything. I didn’t pay anything out of pocket. Thank you Eye options

We took sunglasses in to be fixed. Needed new screw. Tony spent about 20 minutes to find the right screw. Very friendly, very heloful.

I scheduled an appointment for my entire family, but when I got there my daughter received services from Dr. Hopper and I was scheduled to be next. She was very rude and unprofessional. I’ve wanted to leave this review for a while, but haven’t had the time. I have time today, and remember how TERRIBLE her service was. If I can find a corporate office number or email, I’ll be complaining there as well.I went to go check my work email on my phone and she yelled at me, telling me to put the phone away. I’m not sure why she thought it was okay to speak to me in a condescending manner, but I immediately let her know that it was unacceptable. I informed her to refrain from speaking to me in that manner, and told her she would not be completing services for the rest of my family, based on her negative attitude. She lied and told me that she “couldn’t” prescribe contacts for my daughter because she couldn’t see behind her eye, but every other doctor’s office I’ve been to after this appointment never said that to me. I have the right to choose whether I want to have my daughter’s eyes dilated or not. Nasty attitude. Horrible service. Stay far away.Despite the horrible service I received from the doctor, I do want to note that the front staff members were kind, professional and friendly.

First time Dr and retail experience with Pearl Vision. No customer service in the Dr office or the retail space.Surprise fees that are not disclosed in both areas.Dr office mandates a retinal scan not covered by my insurance. No scan, no exam!The retail side was worse. After picking out frames, presented a digital coupon downloaded from the website and was told it had to be printed out. The digital version was not acceptable. I have double checked and the coupon does not mention it has to be presented physically.The associate then asked what features we wanted for the glasses. I asked how much for each item and they sighed heavily and asked about the next feature. I asked again how much and received the same response.After I stated we wanted everything but needed to know the price, she finally stated she had to price it out through the insurance. Of course I understand that, but the whole transaction was very combative and unhelpful.

Bad experience, I made an appointment, and they told me later they have closed the eye exam. They are supposed to tell you that before you go to the store, I went there for nothing this is completely unacceptable, never coming back again.

Nicest people. Super patient with me and took care of all my concerns. Had to jump through hoops with insurance but they were there to take care of everything for me. Thank you Lori and the rest of the Pearle Vision team! It really means the world! New glasses who dis?!

Lauri at Peale Vision at 9475 Roosevelt Blvd provided excellent service. I had broken my frames and she quickly found a beautiful new set of frames that fit beautifully. She also took the extra time and steps to get my insurance info updated in their system so I was able to receive the discount I was entitled to. She contacted the insurance provider and worked it all out. My experience was wonderful and I would come back again for my future vision needs. Thank you Lsuri

First time here and it was amazing. The staff was so nice, and helpful. The doctor (Dr . Hopper) she was amazing answered all questions and was legit a sweet soul. I felt like a new person walking out this place.
