NO LOCAL NUMBER POSTED TO CALL THE SPRING GARDEN STORE DIRECTLY BEFORE GOING TO THE STORE. I've been there before and I'm not able to find an old receipt to locate their telephone number, if on their receipt. But every time I was in the store, they received calls from customers, so I know there's a telephone in that store. On Google, the only number available is the main office up in Northeast, and closed on Saturdays. We're not in a pandemic. Not helpful at all! Inconvenient! Not visiting!

I just love this store, the only downside is parking. I had to park several blocks away from the store which is not good due to medical issues, but the the advantage outweighs the disadvantage right now, so I persevere. I really wish they would move to a new location, and provide parking. Otherwise, it's clean, organized, good service, friendly staff, and great variety of products it's an overall great experience to shop there.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Juwan. His dedication and knowledge truly went above and beyond my expectations. It's employees like him who make a significant difference in providing excellent customer service! Not only did he acknowledge us when we came through the door but he helped us find what we were looking for. More importantly, his knowledge of herbs is soooooo extensive that I was blown away. I recommend you ask for him and shop at Penn Herbs for all your needs!

I have known about Penn Herb over 20 years. I worked in Philadelphia on Spring Garden Street within walking distance of their 2nd street location. They are knowledgeable, personable and supportive around all herbal issues!?????

Good service just felt I wasn't able to shop in peace. Workers hovered! I would recommend however, there is a wide selection of vitamins plus, and I prefer to shop in a store where I can take my time to choose what's best for me.

There's plenty of a variety of herbs and other related products sold here that you'd otherwise have to have delivered. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also sell herbs in bulk. Prices are competitive and generally affordable. Herbs ? ? that you can't find in most stores, you are more likely to get here. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the store seems to always be neat and clean.
