I never leave reviews but was so appreciative of my service that I felt the need to for these guys. I needed my breaks replaced and they took care of me with a good price and did the job quickly. They even changed my oil for free. I would 10/10 recommend this garage.

I cannot rave anymore about the service I receive here at Perfect Touch. They were able to assist me in a finding a new vehicle sold by them that was suitable for my children and I. Angel the owner is very knowledgeable and very transparent with his information on auto body work and purchasing of used vehicles. When in the 19122 and the surrounding areas I would recommend reaching out to him for all your mechanical needs. If you’re new in the area and need to find a reliable mechanic and auto body shop this is the perfect place. Staff and owner are very helpful.

Can’t give a high enough review. Brought my Subaru in for a coolant leak a few months ago. Angel gave me a great price and did an amazing job. He was transparent, communicated with me throughout the process, and got it done faster than any mechanic I have ever been to. Would give more than 5 stars if i could. As long as I’m in Philly I’m bringing my car here.

Wouldn’t even give one star if I could . Owner burned me for $200 So I went in there before to get work done to my bmw before no problem cool. The second time I goes this was for a antifreeze leak in the same guy who fixed my car before (not angel ) was there again . So he misdiagnosed my car after he took my $200 deposit for a part then said I didn’t need that part he wanted to check the car while it’s in the air . He did so and said he couldn’t see anything and to bring the car back and he’ll use the $200 towards whatever part I need . I was a bit confused but I’m a female I just wanted to get my car fixed . So I takes the car back to him a few days later 2-3. He claim he was gonna call me the next day and he never did . Incalls him ask abt the diagnosis for my car. He automatically says your warranty not covering it and you need a oil filter housing . So that sounded a bit major and for the price he was telling me I had to pay $700 more than the $200 I already gave I was like mhmm that don’t sound right . So i Calls bmw for that part they told me I shouldn’t need that part fr a antifreeze leak that is 2 separate compartments. Also another mechanic told me the same thing aside from bmw . So I just told the guy to give me my money and my car back because I didn’t wanna pay for something I might not need . He gets upset threatens that he’s not gonna put my car back together and says I can’t get my money back which is crazy because u never did any work . I wouldn’t recommend this place at all this man burned me out of $200

Took my car in to get looked at because something underneath was hanging loose/broken and thought it needed replacing as it kept bottoming out. Called ahead of time and the man on the phone was extremely nice. Arrived at the time of my appointment and waited about 10 minutes for it to be raised up and looked at. The woman receptionist was very nice. The mechanic took 5 minutes and said the issue was 2 loose screws (courtesy of Ardmore Honda when it was taken for its first service/oil change. Apparently this is a common problem in Hondas, caused by lazy mechanics when refastening the engine splash shield following an oil change). I was not charged anything, which I am very appreciative of, even if it was as quick and simple as tightening a couple screws (screws that I would not be able to get to on my own without the hydraulic lift). I’m certain that if I took this to a dealer that they would have charged me for the same work.5/5 I will for sure be taking my car here in the future.
