I took my dog to be groomed by Breyona. She was rude. When I picked dog up, she claimed my dog is a risk cut & couldn't come back. My dog has been to obedient school there & has been there for grooming never an issue. Is it the dog or the groomer? I didn't like her energy, maybe my dog sensed it too. If she were too rough or just bad energy

Most of my experiences at this location was not very good. The staff was not helpful or pleasant. I stopped in there today to return a Amazon product, and I met a cashier that was very nice. I did not get her name, but because of her I may give this location another try. ??♂️

Great variety of pet foods, beds, carriers, vitamins, treats and play toys for dogs. I stopped for my car and didn't find everything I was looking for. But they still had a good selection of the same for cats, just not quite as large. The health and home aisle for cats was quite empty though.I could hear the fish tanks running and I stopped by to say hello to the hamsters and guinea pigs and the birds. Such beautiful birds they have at this store which is located in the Andorra Shopping Center. The store was also very clean and organized. It is always a pleasure to be able to shop here .

Usually I am able to do walk in services and only do a $12 nail trim. When I went in they told me it was $20+ for nail trim and buff. My dog normally does not like being buffed, which is why I get just the nail trim. I stayed in the store while she got her nails trimmed, and heard my dog yelping while they trimmed her nails. This location does not seem to take great care of the dogs in their hands or their customers

Shout out to the entire team at Petco. My puppy ate two harness in three days and they made the returns easy, gave me great suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again as well as being sweet to the culprit when I brought him in for the third exchange.0 wouldn't recommendPetco: 10/10

Staff are rude or ignorant about which products they even sell at the store (That is if you can find the staff and they offer to help) Waited around for the guy to go check if they had what i was looking for and he said he was going to check, 5 minutes passed by and he was still at the register just chitchatting.. oh and there is no “regular” dog kibble, everything is grain free or whatever fancy stuff

I booked an appointment for a bath for my doodle and a cut for my poodle. I got here and the lady said she couldn’t give my poodle a breed cut because her shift was ending soon and didn’t have enough time. So I said ok, give her a simpler cut. Then for my doodle when he gets a bath they clean up his face so his eyes aren’t covered. She then said that the person who gives baths isn’t certified to do that, even though every time I come here that’s what they have done. I said I would’ve appreciated a call letting me know the restraints so that I could have planned accordingly. As I made this appointment over 2 weeks ago. Then she said she refused to do the dogs and I had to leave. Mind you I am not yelling or being rude to her. But I am upset because I planned my whole day around this appointment and I’ve been waiting for it for two weeks. One of my dogs looks like a dirty mop and the other has hair over his eyes. She said no. I won’t do it. The assistant manager had no authority to find a solution. I recommend she goes back to management training, it might suit her well. After talking to the groomers about which day might suit them better the assistant manager came back and said I could never go back to that location. Simply because I wasn’t ok paying $180+ for a service done halfway.I went full Karen and called corporate to file a formal complaint. So hopefully this attitude and poor management will be resolved soon. All that was needed to avoid this conflict was a phone call to let me know that I should reschedule because “Breyona couldn’t fit it in her schedule” which would’ve been fine. They had 3 weeks to do so, and they didn’t. So here we are. If you will offer grooming services then do it well.

I scheduled an appointment on line for my dog to get washed and groomed however when I got there I was told they do not do grooming on the dogs first visit. Well if that was the case then the question on the website should have been asked is it your pets first visit and when answered yes it should not allowed me to schedule the grooming portion on my appointment. I was very upset and disappointed. I was already there do I just got him washed .

They always have what I need and if they don't it's in on the next truck no problem. It's a quieter store so there's not always someone at the register, but they're very kind and will drop what they're doing to help so I've never had to wait long.
