Well stocked and organized. I wish there was 1 more employee in the aisles to help me find what I needed. The cashier who directed me where to go was great and personable. She even had a conversation with the family in front of me in line in fluent Russian or Ukranian. Very helpful in this area, she's an asset to this location.

Usually a good experience. I pointed out that the last cockatiel looked stressed and sick to an associate, they proceeded to give me attitude and say it's not their problem. Funny how it's a pet store but they don't properly care for the pets they charge hundreds for.

As recent as today. I have a 45-50 gallon fish tank, I wanted to buy 2 black angel fish and 2 small ones, which by the way had 7 dead ones in their tank and there were only two left and I wanted to take them. Can you believe that they didn't want to sell them to me because my fish tank is very small. I have had angelfish all my life and I have never had a problem with them not wanting to sell them to me for such a stupid reason. Ahhh but they can keep them in herds in a 20 gallon tank. I didn't understand??? Both the employee and the manager are the worst. First establishment that refuses to sell. I will never consume them again in my life.

Was about to spend money on medicine for my dogs( which would've been close to 100 dollars) but I wasn't allowed to use the restroom. That's ridiculous for a business to deny a customer to use a bathroom!

Very rude women slammed door in my face and said goodbye were closed. She almost slammed by foot in the door. Horrible experience, will be going to petco from now on.

NEVER bring your dog here! I brought my dog to get groomed and they cut not one, not two, but THREE of his nails too short causing them to bleed uncontrollably. I didn’t get notified until after an hour that this had happened and the groomer who did it did not even have the nerve to notify me himself. Then the manager tried to say it was my dogs fault and he may have gotten it caught in the kennel. Took him straight to the vet and they confirmed it was not caught in the kennel, it was just his nails being cut too short. One time is an accident, three times is carelessness and beyond unacceptable. Absolutely ridiculous and will never be stepping foot into another Pet smart ever again. Stay away from Pet Smart grooming and groomer Beau Michael!!!

I brought my cat in to get his nails clipped since they were super long and the woman who did it for me did a great job. I plan on going back with my cat for future appointments even though today was a walk in and within 10 mins, me and my cat were all done. I would definitely Recommend going to PetSmart at Bustleton Avenue for grooming for your pet. I'm definitely gonna bring my dog and my cat back to the same girl for repeat business. She did a great job.

Closed bathrooms for their customers. If you have to use the bathroom, I suggest you use an isle way like a dog and use their paper towels and cleaning agent. I spend hundreds of dollars every month here. They treat their animals badly. I will find another pet store to spend my money.

My pregnant girlfriend was mocked for having to use the bathroom. She was Told to use the target across the street, even though we’ve used their public bathroom many times and have spent thousands of dollars at this location. Their excuse was drug addicts…my girlfriend barely made it to target. Will probably never return
