Got my iphone 13 mini screen replaced 2 weeks ago. Phone suddenly stopped working last night. Came to them and instead of working to resolve the issue the guy is trying to pin it on me that the screen broke but there is no crack on the screen. Another customer also stated the same thing.

Best shop in Philadelphia. They do screens iPad MacBooks ps5s and Xbox. They fixed my phone and ps5 for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are cheap and do great work. I’m only coming here from now on. Thanks again

Normallly I do not do reviews on stores but the experience I had here was so great that I needed to leave a review for others.
I came in with my phone that was ran over by a car. Do not ask why 😭😭.
They told me as long as there was no motherboard damage they would be able to repair the device. I got something called a body swap and that pretty much made my phone look like a Brand new device. I am really happy and will be back if I ever have another issue

Comprehensive, fast and cheap! I had a problem with the phone screen not showing anything anymore, they fixed it in 20 minutes and with the lowest price I found in West Philadelphia. A week later, it broke again for a different reason (I think) and they gave me a discount on the repair

I came in for a screen repair and my phone ended up having motherboard damage where my WiFi would go blank. Javier informed me about the board issue and said he could do a motherboard swap on the phone so that way I had a working phone. I did not have all the money for the repair because I am a college student and money is hard to come by. After telling Javier my issue and letting him know how much I had to work with, he made a phone call the owner to see if he could give me a discount on the repair. The owner was able to give me a discount on the board swap and said they could have a new board in the phone in 2 days. Well 2 days later guess who had a completely working new device. That would be I. lol. I really love this shop because they are always willing to help people as long as you are up front with them. I will definitely be recommending this spot to all my friends and family. Do not take your phone to any other store but Philly wireless in west.

So normally I don’t leave reviews. But this time I wanted to because I received service beyond the scope that is normally offered by shops.
So I called Philly wireless because I had taken my phone to another shop and they were supposed to do a screen repair but some how my phone just stopped turning on. I was hesitant to come to Philly wireless because they previous shop messed up my phone claiming I had motherboard damage even tho my phone still turned on when I brought it in.
So I bring my phone here to Philly wireless and explain to Brandon what I just been through and that I only had enough money for a screen repair but I really need my phone working.
Brandon said he would make sure he would do everything he can to help me. Come to find out the previous shop knocked off something called a capacitor that was on my motherboard and that’s why my phone wasn’t turning on.
Brandon told me he usually charges $150 for board repairs but since he wanted to make me happy that he fixed the motherboard for free.
So instead of spending $250+ to get my phone repaired , I only had to spend $75 dollars because Brandon helped me out a lot.
On top of that he gave me a free screen protector for the device and a free case.
I know not everyone has the best experience at places but this was a really great experience and I’ll recommend so many people to come here from here on out.

i have nothing but good things to say about this place
while i was waiting for my phone to be serviced, the owner gave 2 people discounts that did not have enough money to cover their repair
also i took my phone to phone repair philly and they claimed i had mother board damage and did not turn on anymore even tho it was working when i went in …. here they fixed my phone in 30 minutes and there was no motherboard damage

Brandon really helped me out a lot. I didn’t have all the money to get my phone screen fixed and he gave me a discount since I always come in there to get my screen fixed.
I really need to do better because I got it fixed 3 times in less than 2 months. I’m not sure why I’m so clumsy.
They also have me a free screen protector every time I came to get my phone fixed. Thanks again.

i got my phone fixed here last week. they did a great job. quality is good for an aftermarket screen. i could of got an oled screen but i decided against it at the last moment.
javier was a lot of help. informed me of my warranty. i will recommend this spot in the future.
