Go somewhere else. This shop does not acknowledge any sort of warranty for parts they uncharge selling to you and put on your vehicle. Had a control arm "replaced" back in January and in less than a year's timeframe needs replacement. There are many reputable shops that provide you with at least a year on parts and honor it.

Almost an entire hour late to opening the store for an early appointment. Finally came in to see them in the store and I express my frustration to get lip and told they can't service my car due my stressed response. Never once raised my voice, never once got in anyone's face. Awful customer service. Find somewhere else to get your car fixed

When my usual auto repair/maintenance place closed (the owners retired), I looked for another place nearby (south of South Street). We found a place that got good reviews online. So I decided to try it. I needed normal maintenance, not repair(s)--oil change, annual inspection/emissions check, replacing the transmission fluid, possible new battery, etc. I made an appointment and brought in my car and gave them the list of things I needed done. Twice that day, they called me to ask questions and provide advice. I greatly appreciated that and found it significant that they recommended, among other things, that I not have certain work done (e.g. replacing the battery after 3.5 years) that I thought I might need. Although the bill was a bit higher than I was used to, the charges are less important to me than dealing with an honest and competent place. So far, that's what Pinnacle appears to be.Services: Transmission

Brought my car for the first time for an annual inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. They were very polite and professional, and the appointment making/drop off processes were seamless. You can tell the establishment is well run and efficient. In my opinion, the cost was a bit high compared to identical services elsewhere… otherwise I had a positive experience.

My experience at Pinnacle was great! I told them I had unique tires and the office called to get specifications before my appointment so they could order the tires in ahead of time. They had everything needed to perform the service in a timely manner. They were very nice and fair with pricing. I would recommend them!Services: Tires

Everyone was very nice! I brought in my new car for an inspection, and don’t know anything about cars or paperwork as this is the first time having a car since living in PA. I presume the owner that I spoke with was very helpful and explained the paperwork to me. I will be back for maintenance work in the future.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I have been taking my car to Pinnacle for a couple years now after I got tired of being price-gouged at the dealership. I appreciate their honest, excellent work and that they don't make me feel like a helpless idiot just because I am a woman. I have been to Pinnacle multiple times and have always found them to be honest and reliable. I just dropped my car there for state and emissions inspections, but I got stuck in traffic and arrived to pick up my car after closing when the garage had locked up. One of their employees was still there and he was kind enough to re-open the office to ring me up and give me my keys. I highly recommend this garage.Services: Tires

I can not express how awful my experience was with Pinnacle. I took my car to them for an emissions inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. I was surprised upon getting my bill that the oil change had cost $200, $100 for parts, $100 for labor. I've never paid more than $120 before.I noticed on the bill they said they I paid for a "Full Service Oil Change & Maintenance" that supposedly included a "pre-vehicle road test" and a "30 point vehicle inspection." I suspected that might be why it had cost more and although I didn't specifically want that service I let it go.48 hours later my car's starter and battery were dead. I do not want to imply that they caused these issues in my car, but the battery had clear signs of wear and corrosive buildup. I subsequently required a tow and hundreds of dollars of repair costs.Considering I had just had my car in a shop two days prior, I called Pinnacle to ask for more details about the inspection they were immediately defensive. I asked for a refund only for the $100 "Full Service Oil Change & Maintenance," they denied my request as apparently they had performed everything I had paid for, and that I hadn't paid for them to fix my battery. I asked what the point of paying for a "30 point vehicle inspection" was if they weren't going to tell me of any issues and they deflected by saying it is a courtesy. It is not listed under the bill in that way and that supposed service was the only way I could justify their enormous charge for an oil change.They are extremely unprofessional, I have filed with my bank to cancel $100 of my charge, and I will NEVER go there again.Services: Vehicle Inspection

Asked for four tires with slow leaks to have beads sealed and check for leaks, at a cost of $160, which I thought was high. Three out of the four worked ok afterwards, but the fourth still slow leaked. They said they would honor their guarantee, unless something new had caused the leak (presumably a nail or something). They charged the full $40 price again when they found and replaced a leaking valve stem. This should have been discovered in the first place, in my opinion, and should have been done for no more than the cost of the valve stem. Will probably not go back for other work.(Edited) Called Mark. He said the additional $40 to replace the valve stem was half of what they would normally have charged. Said this included resetting the TPMS CEL. He did not offer any price adjustment. At these prices, will probably not go back for other work.

State inspection on my EV- the tech opened the hood looking for an engine. The bill included an emissions test and tried to charge me for it. Took $12 off the bill. Left a polite message for the owner, but got no call back.

I recently visited Pinnacle Automotive and Tires on May 2, 2023, and I must say that the service I received was excellent. The customer service was truly superior, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them.I had called several places last minute, desperately looking for a service center that could accommodate me, but most of them couldn't fit me in. However, when I reached out to Pinnacle Automotive and Tires, they were incredibly accommodating. The person I spoke to on the phone asked me how they could fit me in and assured me that they would find a way to help.Since I had some errands to run, I mentioned that to the person on the phone. To my surprise, they suggested that I take care of my errands and, if I didn't need my car later, I could drop it off for inspection. This flexibility and understanding were greatly appreciated.Later in the day, when I picked up my car, I was impressed once again. The staff member who helped me was genuinely friendly and made it a point to let me know that if I encountered any issues, I could simply give them a call for assistance.Overall, my experience with Pinnacle Automotive and Tires was outstanding. Their willingness to work with me, their excellent customer service, and their friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer.
