Hired them to help unload a truck and they no showed, hung up on me, and were completely unprofessional. They had previously confirmed that everything was good to go up till today when they completely just did not respond.

Had them scheduled for an unload between 2 and 3 pm. Called and they hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. Never showed up. I would have a plan B if you book them.

Unbelievable service! Arrived on time willing to pick up and drop off the UHaul, finished the job of moving 2 people into two different apartments in under 4 hours and rounded down the cost too. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, I will definitely be using Pluto to move again in Philly!

1. DON'T BOOK THEM DIRECTLY - Booking was a headache. I had to follow up multiple times to check if my booking was confirmed . Its pretty unprofessional and unorganized the way they handle there schedules .

So many good words to describe the service, I don't even know where to begin. First off, my appointment was for unloadingthe moving truck between 4:30pm-5pm. Unfortunately the truck didn't arrive to my new place til 8:30pm. Brandon accomodated our short notice change of schedule and he did it with a smile on his face. Second,I reserved 2 movers, 4 CAME! They worked so fast, professional and they finished under 2 hours of what I had reserved for. Not one scratch on the property and my belongings. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

I can't recommend these guys enough. They struck the perfect balance of wonderfully friendly and incredibly professional, and made my move as easy as possible. They were careful with my belongings, yet moved quickly and efficiently. Again, I highly recommend them.

TOP NOTCH! Brandon and his team were sooooo professional and sooooo polite. They took extra care and moved the furniture as if it was their own. They came recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I took his advice. DONT spend time searching for another moving company. They make the process so smooth and seamless!!!
