This one PNC BANK I was at the line was long and there were 3 tellers but they were only taking one person at a time and CUSTOMER SERVICE wasn't any better because all the representatives were either not present or at lunch with a line waiting as well. I asked for the manager and they teller said he's not available so I asked to close my account and that's when I finally got some service.

I use the online bill pay service from the bank. However, for three different credit card bills, they sent the payment a day late, resulting in late fees and interest charges in all three credit card accounts. When I tried to resolve this with the bank, they took my information and said they would investigate it. It has been over 120 days since filing for an investigation, and the bank has no record of the investigation upon calling them. I have spoken with customer service over the phone multiple times as well as with people from the branch at 6th and spring garden st. all to no avail.

I have a business account with PNC they are great and all but this specific location refuses to take my coins that I have already wrapped up. Every time I go here, they complain that they don’t have enough space to put it in the bank even though I have came multiple times and they tell me to bring a maximum of $200. The person that works there refuses to take my coins even though she knows me that I come there every other week

Quick, easy, & friendly - thank you! Service unlike past reviews claim, not sure if it's different day to day.

As the other reviews indicate, they are really understaffed in terms of tellers. Waited 20 minutes for drive thru only to be told they don’t provide change at the window, even though i was able to do it two months ago. Parked and waited another 15 minutes inside.

Cannot believe this happened. There were more staff than customers (there were 3 of us in line) yet only one teller opened. Other staff were enjoy themselves smiling and talking to each other. No sense of giving good service. Glad I was here to deposit money for someone.PUT YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.There are lots of banks with better customer service in Philly.

literally the slowest pnc bank I have ever been to. I went in to receive a new debit card and ended up leaving because it took them too long. Will not be going here ever again.

The worst pnc branch ever. They will make you wait for a long time. And they’re so rude.

Called twice and was hung up on. I guess they didn't want to take any calls.

Soooooo this place is a nightmare when Brenetta isn’t here. Stood in line for over 30 mins while no one greeted me or asked what I needed. Meanwhile there were 3 people ahead of me and they had the drive thru lady working both the front teller and the drive thru while the blonde lady and the other lady counted money upfront. Shouldn’t that have taken a backseat to your customers. Horrible experience.

Branch manager was EXTREMELY inconsiderate, and did not provide me with the information I was looking to seek. To my own negligence, I didn’t notice that my ID expired 2 weeks ago (my birthday March 10th). I was attempting to cash a PNC check my employer gave me from a new job, and was asked to sign the check with out myself or the teller noticing my expired ID. I’ve personally never experienced what to do in this type of situation, or even why a volid ID was needed. I asked the teller to speak with someone in management, and the manager didn’t even Acknowledge me, he just instructed her to tell me that I needed to get another check from my employer. My question to him was why am I unable to cash a check with an expired ID, and why wasn’t it something that was looked over before I was instructed to sign the check. He instantly started to speak to me as if I was unable to comprehend what the protocol would be. And summed it up as it’s protocol so I ask for specifics just for my knowledge, and He started yelling at me saying I am upset because of my ID being expired and blaming it on them. My rebuttal to that was I’m not upset or blaming them for my ID, I was upset because the teller informed me after I gave her a check without my signature to then sign the check and then came back to tell me that I needed to get a new check from my employer. I asked him for his bosses number he told me he is the boss I instructed him that everyone has a boss especially working at a PNC bank branch and that’s when he walked away told me to have a nice day. I’m 100% sure that if I was a Caucasian customer, the interaction would’ve went completely different especially when asking for information to someone higher up. It’s unfortunate because he’s an older black man who I’m sure has faced the same inequality due to his dark skin. His dismissive demeanor towards me just asking for specific information on a policy was unprofessional, and distasteful in so many levels

This PNC location has stolen money from me twice. COUNT YOUR MONEY BEFORE YOUR LEAVE. Do not use drive thru. Whitney did my withdrawal transaction and shorted me. When I went back to dispute it, they said there was nothing they could do. I asked to cancel my accounts and they weren’t able to do that either and told me to come back. They will waste your time. WORST branch

The Branch Banker who helped me was very patient. I did have to wait over 30 mins to get a new card printed due to a lack of staff.
