I should have written this review a while ago but let it slip my mind with so much going on. I had won a gift certificate at a wedding show and the certificate was for a three hour Chauffeured Service ride. When I called up I made a special request that I thought they would not be able to accommodate, but was pleasantly surprised that they made it for me. They were on time and very professional. I would use them again when I need to use this type of service. Thank you so much for all of your assistance and look forward to using you again in the future.

I guess it's true when they say everyone has their own experience. My experience was phenomenal!! Considering they came through with short notice was just the beginning of the great experience we had with them. The vehicle was spotless and detailed. So much so, we have pictures next to it and you can see clearly the reflection on the vehicle. Awesome! The driver was incredibly professional and punctual. I thought their rates were fair and it's common practice for companies to have slightly higher rates during their peak season. I don't think that's unfair. Highly recommend.

Over priced below quality service. You may get the vehicle you ordered, but they're hardly ever on time.

This company is a rip out! Do not rent from them. They up charge all their rentals during the months of April, May and June just to take advantage of our "youth" attending prom. Taking advantage of people just shows how little integrity they have. They will never see another dollar of our money!!! Period. F@$king Assh@$!s

Had a limo set up for my son's prom. Called the day before to make sure the limo and time were in fact still for the date. They say everything is still worked out. The day comes and they come to pick up and the limo is the wrong one. Told us they could go back and change it by this time it's already late . We decide to skip it and just our car. Horrible

We booked a 22 passenger party bus is September with a down payment. I paid the final balance 1 week before my wedding as per our contract. My aunt talked to Cheryl the 3 times the week of the wedding to confirm catering odds and ends. I called again to change the pickup time from 2:45 to 2:30 at the Loews Hotel. On the day of the wedding, I was running late but my mom went down to check for the bus. It was not there. After my husband and I had first look, the entire bridal party, 3 photographers, and a videographer were waiting in the lobby of the Loews for the bus- it was now 3:10- the bus was not there. My mom called Cheryl and informed her of the situation in which Cheryl said she would contact the driver and get back to us. 5-10 minutes go by without a callback. My mom calls again and Cheryl informs her that the driver got the date wrong and is 40 minutes away with the bus- now it is 3:30. My photographers, husband, and I decided to uber to Broad Street so we could maximize the time we had left. Cheryl ended up sending 2 busses which was nice but- the bridal party had to be split, the catered food was almost bad, and the bridal party was not able to be in as many pictures as possible. The worst part was that IF WE HAD NOT CALLED, WE WOULD HAVE STILL BEEN WAITING THERE.

The staff was friendly and helpful, we rented a luxury car for our sons prom and the driver Gina was everthing... she made my son and his date feel comfortable. I was very pleased with her customers service... this place gets 5 stars from me... and not for nothing it's a minority owned business which means a lot to me.... I just recommended a friend to Premier.... I'm happy and grateful they helped make my sons day the best....
